Never spoke to anyone. Just dropped off truck. They were closed due to holiday. The process was quick and easy.
DAVIDA SThis location was not the location that I reserved I wanted to pick up in Coshocton, Ohbut when I got there I was told had to go to Danville almost 1 hour away to pick up the trailer. the place was hard to find and no markings to let you know it was the U-Haul dealer.
Thomas TOrdered trailer two weeks before needed, ordered to be picked up in Mt Vernon Ohio. Scheduler told me to drive 20 miles to Danville to get the trailer. 40 miles of my gas plus paying a premium dollar for the rental. Not very professional on U-haul part. U-HAUL had two weeks to get the trailer to Mt Vernon.

David DThe location was good and the trailer was clean, however I would recommend service on this trailer. I have rented quite a few from you, and this one had some irregularities I noticed especially in backing. Perhaps just because it is a smaller model than I usually rent, and the wheel base is shorter and the hitch tongue is longer , but even a professional driver felt it was “off.” Also the latch was problematic and requires two people, and a bit of force to close.
Sherra ROriginal pickup location was Newark oh 21st st. Reservation was changed 5 minutes after guaranteed pickup at that location.. to a different location 45 minutes away. Terrible customer service. Little to no concern regarding the loss of time and the inconvienance it caused. Very poor experience at 21st st Newark location. Overall experience was beyond poor.
