Alfredo EJose was completely willing to help me when I need to change the size of my truck. He did not try to get over but instead made sure I had what I needed and next steps as far as my uhaul contract and payments. The service I received was Excellent.
Letisha TOwner is a thief he over charged in mileage and when I reached out to get this corrected owner Jose did not fix the charge. Please stay away from this location

Kelly HI rented a 10-foot unit and it was not available at the time I went to pick it up, the person in charge offered me a 15-foot unit with an increase in price, without authorization I added insurance which in the original contract I had declined.

winston mOnline times don't match the store times. For the sake of the employees and business owners it would be nice to have both match
ANDREW GThe truck had less than1/8 of gas and the gas light was on. So the first thing you have to do is find the closest gas station. The truck also has issues when you are putting gas, which is annoying. The truck was dirty in the inside.

All you need to do is not overbook your trucks so that on the day people are going to be stressed moving, they do not need to also run around town looking for a truck they supposedly rented a week ago online. That’s all. Easy.

MANUEL DMany issues. I did call your company to address this situation, I am very upset about the lack of professional staff that your company represents as well as the neglect that was done with me. I am still waiting for a supervisor/manager to call me back, I am not paying anything else until this situation is solved and a proper investigation is done for my case! I need justice! I will never, ever! rent this truck again and if I have to put a bad review to save someone else from this horrible experience I will do!

ARLEY PThe shop owner ran up charges on 3 different credit cards, indicating on 2 different dates with 2 different cards that he had accidentally keyed in an extra zero- $2320 and $4330 for a three day, 2 truck rental. Trucks rented on a Saturday at noon and returned on a Monday around 1 pm. The following charges were made- $89 times 2, $233 and $430. Plus the two "errors" previously mentioned. At time of rental, I requested liability coverage and instead he assigned insurance for the content which I was unaware to. I had advised him that the vehicles would be used to block entry onto a property and no moving involved. To this day I have only received 1 receipt- the two legit $89 charges. This place is " suspect" at the very least. I have been working with my credit card companies to resolve the extreme overbilling issues.
arsenio gImprove, attitude of dealer, there. Hurried,..and short tempered..I had to literally, get on ground to help hook up,... my ,car to tow dolly..because, he instructed me to do!
