Self return was a nightmare. App and website were both not working properly.

Jay FThe floor of the trailer was a little dirty - I swept it before loading so it wasn't a big deal. Also, the right (passenger) side brake light and turn signal quit working somewhere along the way and it was NOT my vehicle because the test light connector indicated so, but we figured we'd be ok with the running lights and we didn't encounter any issues as a result. The folks at Johnny's Quick Stop were super nice and should not be blamed for these issues.

Randy JHad the same issue uploading photos. Could not complete all the steps on the app because of it even though I had good service in that area.
Harden SOur car had the wrong size ball hitch for the trailer. We'd been towing a travel trailer/RV so had a larger size. Would be nice to confirm to potential renters that a 2" ball is the standard for u-haul trailers.
Rudolfo EI selected the 24/7 Share option, when I showed up I was not able use that option. I talked with multiple customer service employees, no one knew why I was getting this error. I was forced to wait an hour for the on site employee to show up to start my rental.
ARAM DGreat location, staff seemed to know the U-Haul system and took care of the paper work in a timely manner, helped me with the trailer and understanding important points to know about pulling the trailer. Left like I would have a pleasant and safe trip.
Steven RTook zero effort to help with unhooking the trailer. Made no offer of assistance ((I’m 60 years old with a bad back. My wife helped me so we could leave in a timely manner. Didn’t check in trailer while I was there. He sent my receipt by email approximately 4 hours after I dropped off the trailer. They also appeared understaffed to meet customer demands (convenience store/gas station).

Customer service was exceptional, explained everything how to return after hours etc. I'll definitely be back and recommend them.
James LI rented it on Saturday from PA and dropped it off the same day in VA at this location. The truck was not checked in until Monday. I had to call twice for the truck to be checked in and receive a final receipt.

MICHAEL WFirst of all the running lights did not work on the trailer and no one was able to check them. Secondly, I think I’ve been double charged for an open 6 x 12 which could not be close somehow at MBL autos in Fredericksburg Virginia.

Christian BIssues with internet service (conducted from personal cell phone) which delayed ability to complete checkout of equipment. Otherwise, the location was good.

Totton WThe pickup location was fine but making a reservation with Uhaul corporate was a bad experience. I never heard back on my original reservation and had to call the night before to cancel it and make a new one for a smaller truck. This was not ideal. I hope I don’t have to use uhaul again.

vanessa wI had reserved a 20 ft truck, 12 moving blankets and a furniture dolly. YHaul did not deliver the blankets or the dolly to the location, additionally the truck was in horrible shape. Both of the inside wheel wells leaked and my blankets furniture, and boxes at the back of the truck were soaked through due to rain coming in during the drive. I would recommend Johnny’s but not U-Haul. I am very dissatisfied with my U-Haul experience.
JOHNDOUGLAS CDrop off was relocated from a closer drop off. Was asked to return early for another customer. Inconvenient.
