Eric RIt was confusing at first because we were told to drop the keys in a key box never inside the store. Just specify with locations if we drop it off inside the store with the clerk or a keybox.

Casey BI would not use Uhaul again due to the fact they canceled my rental the day of about an hour before I was to pick it up. I had confirmed the rental the day before and not only had to figure out how to get another truck but it was further away costing me more in gas AND was smaller again costing me time and gas. Not worth it.

Timothy NI spent an hour waiting to pick up my Uhaul rental because the third party couldn’t figure out how to work his phone app to scan for the dolly. The truck was not clean at all and the customer service was extremely poor. This was the worse Uhaul experience of my life not to mention I was paying for movers that spent an hour waiting on me because of issues that had nothing to do with me. All I was compensated was $50 unacceptable considering I paid out $300 to my movers who spent an hour on the clock doing nothing because of Uhaul.
