It would be easier if the tank started out full because it is hard to fill the tank exactly halfway up or exactly 3/4 full.

There was a used bandaid in handle on passenger side door that had some type of bodily fluid or blood that As the driver I didn’t see and when I picked up my daughter, when she closed the door she touched. Very unsanitary. As a child she knew no better but it should have been removed

Truck was a little dirty but not complaining. The only thing I have a issue with, is that if I didn't bring it back with the same gas I would be charged alot. Yet I brought it back with more gas and not credited, yet still get charged for a few miles over. Could that not equal out?

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment rented still had trash from prior customers in the cab, and windows were dirty. The mechanical issues with the equipment were: tires needed alignment, tires needed balancing, loose rocker arm, brakes need adjusting, loose fan belt, transmission slips, and need new wiper blades.

I needed to pick up my 15 foot truck before hours at the location. I had the worst experience getting on the U haul app. It would not work and said the page was available. I kept calling the help line phone number. They kept transferring me to many different location numbers It was a horrible experience. I will not use u haul again. Very disappointing experience
