I was scheduled to pick up truck at 8 am ,filled out everything on line. , They did not show up until 8:30 am. I had to fill out all the information all over again and was not able to leave until 8;45. I had moving help suppose to meet me 2.5 hours away so the delay made me late. I am old school and 8am is 8am not 8:30

Matthew DI'm not happy with u-haul! I recently rented a car dolly, and the fender was falling apart, and had to fix it before I could go recover my sister's car, that was left crippled by a drunk driver. I will be sending you a bill for the repairs! Thanks uhaul!
