Getting the Keys was a little difficult it was not easy I spent at least two and a half hours just trying to get help from uhaul to gain entry to where the keys were keeper. the truck was awesome and agent's were very helpful.

The employees there freely admit that they have nothing to do with Uhaul and don't know anything about it. Uhaul rents the space from them, and someone from Uhaul drops off the trucks. Apart from that, my experience with the app was absolutely horrible. It kept crashing on me when I was part way through, start again and again and again; half way through, start again; I think almost through, forget it...I spent way too much time dealing with the app. It was very agitating

Stanford RTruck was clean inside, but dirty outside. The lady I spoke to on the phone told me that I could complete the check in from home before picking up the key and truck and that was not true. You must begin the check in process at the site of the truck.

Brian BWhen the vehicle has a history of National issues you need to make sure it’s in working order before renting. I had to wait three hours for a tow. Before he arrived another mechanic was dispatched and he quickly determined the issue was the alternator, but could not locate one, and after reviewing the vehicle maintenance history, noted there were continued electrical issues with this vehicle. I have e filed a CAF to ensure I am not charged for this rental.

Ty LThe location and owner are great. This is a neighborhood site, not a U-Haul location. Picking the vehicle up and dropping it off with the app was very difficult. The owner helped with the pickup. Unfortunately for me, the location was closed when I dropped off the truck. I spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to get help when the app wouldn't upload the required photos. I never did speak to agent. I was able to determine the issue on my own and disconnected the call. The app needs to have some bugs worked out. I won't rent with the uhaul app again.

Christy HOriginal pick up was U - Haul Storage of Melbourneat 376 N. Harbor City Blvd., Melborne. I called twice over seven day period to verify that my truck was at their location. The first time was 7 days out and the 2nd time was 2 days out. Then less than 24 hours before my pick up I was contacted and was advised there is no truck available & I will have to drive 50 miles round trip out of my way to pick up the truck at the above location. When I arrived at the location the manager was no where to be found. Someone from another business had to find him. After receiving the keys we went to inspect the truck which was in below average condition for a 1000 + mile trip. The passenger mirror was broken and loose. The air conditioning did not blow cold air and the front tire tread wear was extremely low. Almost down to the tread wear indicators. I requested a different 10 foot box truck. I was advised that he could upgrade to a 15 foot. I informed him that I only need the truck for towing not storage and it will cost me more in fuel. If this was the only resolution then at the very minimum the bill will need to be adjusted because it will cost me more in fuel. When my voiced my concerns I was advised by the manager that he only processes the paperwork and is nothing he can do to rectify the situation. He has nothing to do with the inventory or the conditions of the truck. This is the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul and would never rent a truck again from your company nor recommend them to anyone. From the attitude of all the employees in Florida I imagine all these complaints fall on deaf ears and are never addressed.

Peter GWow, the mobile check-in and drop-off sure was well executed! Everything went perfectly for our big day! I was very impressed by all aspects! I didn't have to call, or even talk to anyone face to face, very well done. I loved that the emails beforehand suggested I have extra id at pickup, I used my driver's license and my passport, worked perfectly! I used to think of U-Haul as not being internet friendly, buy have they upgraded their systems and processes! Outstanding in every way!
