Sketchy neighborhood, lock box lock was old, rusty and difficult to use. Utility dolly I had paid for was not in the truck and I had to drive 22 miles round trip to pick one up from another location. Disappointed that I lost an hour of my workday, burned the extra gas to go and get equipment that I had expected and paid for and U-Haul did not offer to reimburse me for anything.

The only problem incountered was at the pickup location was the truck had less then1/4 of a tank of gas
KATHY TIt was a small grocery corner store without any visible uhaul sign. Hard to find. Sunday checkin person was instructing my husband to park it in a small side area that was not a parking space and was yelling at him for being on the sidewalk. Told us to just give him the keys and didn’t provide us with any paperwork
