Booked online. Everything was ready and just as requested when we arrived. Staff were friendly and professional. This will be our go to location when needed in the future.
Jason LThe lock box key app is horrible I would not recommend Uhaul to a friend. Unless it was counter pick up only. This lock box app caused 1 delay which threw off my entire moving day and caused it to go into the night as I had movers who couldn't stay. Horrible experience. Horrible. The most unhelpful customer service staff ever

JAMES BI was relocated to a location that was closed on Saturdays since the place I originally ordered from 2 weeks ago no longer had a truck. Truck had no gas. Did not notice, drove 15 miles and spent $20 filling it up just for it to only be halfway full after. Spent over $80 total for a 1 mile away move.
Zachary OEquipment was well maintained in appearance but the engine needed some work. The engine had a bad turn over which made the trip a little unsettling given it almost didn't start a few times. Other than that 10/10
canice gThe passenger side cargo door (passive door) was taped up and didn’t not work. Made loading a bit difficult but we managed. Was not discovered until I need to use it at time of use. Please look at it before renting to next client or inform them of its non-use. Rental location and retailer are great people.
DONALD RTruck had mud all along sides and on steps. Not exactly what I want to track into the house. The truck should have at least had all of the mud cleared off. Rest of truck was clean.

Abby HThere are a ton of problems with the UHaul app and website. It took me almost an hour to complete my pickup using TruckShare method and around 40 minutes to return the van. Both times it kept showing me errors again and again. It took a lot of time to get a hold of someone from support team on call. The experience was not at all seamless and comfortable. I spent more time in pickup and return process than I spent on actual furniture transfer for which I had rented the van. I will never recommend anyone to use TruckShare option.
Gurkirat SAbsolutely terrible on line experience. I hated it. Lucky for me the store owner happen to stop by his closed store and got my truck. Too many people on line at once that the system just would not work.

JOEL SIt was the worst experience ever to get my truck no internet not my fault towers were out so when they were back up I tried sending all the pics of everything they require and wouldn’t you know it because the weren’t sent at the exact time of my reservation I had to wait another hour for customer service to change the exact time. This was the worst so I finally get the keys I’m not even out of the parking lot and get a text message saying I had to return it within 6 hours. Now I’m pretty positive the charge for the rental is for 24 hrs nope not this one so needless to say I didn’t get all my things moved but I paid dearly for the rental I would not wish this experience on anyone this was the absolute WORST

roger bThe online pickup and return process could use improving. During the pickup I had to reenter information I had previously entered which made the pickup take longer. When I was in the middle of the rental return I got kicked off of the site and had to call customer service to verify that my return was complete. The customer service representative was very friendly and helpful.

Sheila SEverything with the equipment was fine. I was frustrated to find out that I had to pay an additional $80+ for extra mileage. You changed my pickup location which was further away from my loading location and you recommended that I drop off the equipment at a location further away from my destination. I believe there should have been some price concessions made on your part since you asked me to change pickup and drop off locations.

Azura SThe truck’s brake alert came on with every push of the brake. I think it may have been low of brake fluid. Didn’t feel safe! The steering wheel also had way too much play in it! Mileage was very high at 174,000 miles
MICHELLE EI did not have any issues returning the U Haul equipment to Ogle's Storage, but I did not select this location as my location to return the equipment. Based off of my previous experience(s) with Ogles Storage I would NOT recommend anyone rent equipment from them.

Shawn RTruck #: EL1264D Driver of the truck is a mechanic and noticed that the transmission was not shifting appropriately, too high of RPM before shifting. Also the truck wanders badly, needing work on the steering damper or wheel alignment.

JOSE GThe uhaul that we had was very rusty. We had trouble getting the straps loose from the uhaul as well as tightening them. I had to take to to the actual uhaul place to have them help my car the car unhooked. Normally have no issues but this one was terrible. The employees were fantastic with helping me when I returned.
KESHIA LI arrived on Sunday, coming from Georgia. A staff member told me if I had any problems, call and he would come over. I had written code down wrong..called him, got it figured out but he came anyway just to be sure all was okay! Very pleased with their service and would definitely use again!
