Jolee MI’m very disappointed in my experience. It was completely human-free. Three days and I haven’t received an itemized receipt. The truck that I thought was going to coast around $35 plus gas cost $112 plus gas. It went smoothly. Truck was clean and good. But not a fan of doing everything myself and having hidden costs thrown in with no one to ask.

Mary KOverall, great experience and flexible about changing pickup time and then coming when I showed up early. The low tire pressure warning was disconcerting and I wish it had been disclosed when I picked up the truck. I understand delays in getting parts for sensors, but communication before I drove away would have made me feel better.

barbara mKearney location was unmanned. Instruction in the door indicated where to drop off trailer and management contact info. It was not problematic, but we did take pictures of us dropping off trailer as assurance and documentation.
Mark SThis was one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had with a company. I set up my pickup time for 1 pm. Then, I was called several times the night before my move because the owner wanted to push that time to 12 pm instead because he had something going on. I said that was fine just for him to ask if we could move it up to 11:30. This was incredibly inconvenient for me but none the less I agreed. When we showed up to pickup up our truck, there was no one to be found. He was late and we waited 15 minutes before he ever showed up. He had my number and could have easily let me know ahead of time. In addition to this, the inside of the truck was disgusting. There was spilled sticky pop all over the dash and cup holders. Then in the middle of moving the trucks ignition wouldn’t turn so we were unable to start our truck. All in all I would not recommend this business to anyone that wants their move to go smoothly.

Tom HI have rented from uhaul frequently in the last 6 months, this place was the friendliest, most helpful, personal phone calls, had the trailer I had ordered on hand and didn't have to drive extra miles and taking extra time to pick it up.
ronda qMike started moving my stuff 2 days before I was supposed to be out and my rent was paid So unless you want your stuff thrown away I would not recommend a storage to anybody unless you want your stuff stolen
