Michelle NettlesMAKE SURE THE HOOD LATCHES ARE SECURE. I was driving the 26ft uhaul down hwy 27 and the hood started flying up so that I couldn't see the road. I had to pull over and fix it. Very stressful and could have ended much worse. Other than that, traveled over 500 miles with no problems.

Brian AndersonThe UHaul representative was very pleasant to work with in obtaining the equipment. He was very helpful and knowledgable. I have had some really bad experiences with UHaul representatives. The worse was with the Springridge Mobile Estates in Clinton. The lady was horrible to me and told me that I would have to hook the trailer to my vehicle. I had to call someone to assist me because I have never been to a UHaul location that made me move the trailer and hook it to my vehicle for liability reasons. She was extreme ugly and is an embarrassment to the UHaul name. I will drive the 35 minutes to deal with the representative in Utica than five minute to deal with a horrible person in Clinton.

James JordyThe AC didn’t work. I was suppose to have an appliance dolley but no they gave me a utility dolley useless. I was also suppose to have more miles than I did but no. I have used uhaul at least 30 times and this was the last time I will ever use it. EVER!!!

James JordyMr Owens called me 1 day before pick up to ensure that I was aware that the scheduled pickup location had been changed. I was not aware and thanks to his consideration and professionalism my pick up experience was satisfactory. I resented the pickup spot being changed without notification. Mr. Owens resolved my resentment and because of his action I will use the truck rental service in the future when needed.

Benita BattlesVery nice gentleman. I just don’t think Uhaul educates the locations enough. I entered the drop off location on my reservation online, because it was the best for my destination, he changed it when I picked up and told me I could drop it off at any location I chose. When I went to the location I originally reserved, I was told I had to go to the one he picked. It was a real pain getting there. Had to buy additional fuel and had to detour due to road maintenance.
