Self-Check in took over an hour as the website / app was down. This out our group behind on loading and unloading, not great when you are paying staff by the hour.

I rent frequently from Uhaul. Many times I have had to hook-up the trailer myself and they just come out and take a photo. I am in my 70’s and don’t appreciate having to do that. They are regularly not open during business hours. Finally, after a friend heard about my experience, he has offered to let me use his trailer. Good-bye Uhaul.

If your going to rent from U-Haul do it in person. I used the app and it was a nightmare. It took me over an hour to get into the vehicle and afterhours customer service wasn't even there.

They were awesome to work with I had rented a smaller enclosed trailer over the phone when I got there realized it wasn't big enough and they were able to upgraded me to a bigger one very helpful explained everything very well .Yes I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a trailer. THANKS

The truck was parked in an unlit area and the gas tank was not filled. The pickup location was changed by Uhaul. I should not be charged for an additional day due to Uhaul changing my pickup location and inconveniencing me. Now you are charging a fuel charge because the tank was not filled. I can send a photo of the dashboard showing the mileage and the state of the gas tank. Please address these issues. Thank you Barbara Jones

needs new wiper blades. When someone calls or comes in for a quote explain there is a $100.00 deposit! Most people don't stand there and read invoice after the fact.

I rented a auto transport the first trailer had no lights at all so they switched me to a different one and that one the lights would flicker while driving so I pulled over and found bad wires on the wire lead. I also do see why I had to pay for a 2 day rental just because I was dropping it off at a different location than I picked up from

This was an amazing experience! I had a last minute business venture pop up and needed a 26' uhaul right away. The owner took the time to find a truck when all were rented out from here to Indiana!!! The trip was a success and the experience was great! Thank you from my family to yours!

The uhaul trailer was parked so close to large dumpster and other trailers making it hard to get out and drive out exit entry was blocked by large uhaul truck the trailers are very hard to lift

He is helping me with the return, as some U haul rep had me delivering the trailer to Muskegon, Mi and you were going to charge me $140.00 for a wrong location drop off, even though my receipt showed Standish, Mi This rental transaction has been a disaster from the start.

Shane up there at the standish location was awesome i called about ten minutes before closing time and checked availability of a trailer and they had one.. He furthermore agreed to wait for me to get there and stayed open just so i could get that rental!! Really appreciative of that.!! Awesome customer service!! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
