very poor service by convenience store owner. Didn’t give the dolly and he hasn’t no puntuality.without having a reason he was trying to take more money from me. not recommending this store to anyone.

Uhaul Mt. Pleasant Brampton is a convenience store and operates as such. Uhaul Main St. Brampton was not helpful when no vehicle was available. Phoenix office accepted credit card and booked us to rent vehicle at Mt. Who had no notice of our booking. One hour there before our departure. Rigid inflexible reqirement to return the single vehicle which this location parks in a back lane. Why are they in business? I doubt that our city zoning allows this.

JASHANPREET SINGHI got the truck almost an hour late due to website not being accessible. The store guy kept on calling me every minute even after mentioning that I'll be delayed by more than an hour. Even after opting for mobile pick up, the keys had to be collected & dropped at the store.

Christine LajoieThis was not a full service U-Haul location. As a result the time to check out and check in a vehicle were long. The cab of the truck was not cleaned and smelled of smoke. I dealt with this location die to the convenience to pick up the truck, but your full service locations are much better.
Scott GaynorI was charged twice for safe move insurance and truck rental, saying that I kept the truck for 21 hours, which was wrong. I returned the truck in less than 5 hours hours. Then I have to message and email to U-Haul to refund my money. Receipt was also received late as store forgot to process my return of truck. So all in all very bad administrative experience. But truck was in good condition and was neat. My advice check your receipt 2-3 times as they keep your card details and charge incorrectly .

ARPAD MARTONOSIKeys were given to me very late due to an 'unknown' system issue. Convenience store clerk had me waiting over half an hour before getting the keys and when returning. This took away some of my time to return the truck on time and was charged a double rental fee. Convenience store clerk was not knowledgeable with the U-Haul system and was always on the phone. I was also charged twice on my debit (at the store) and credit card online for this rental with extra charges that should have not been applicable. There was also no windshield washer fluid and expected to pay extra fuel missed by a tick. Do not recommend!

And when I confronted here for the inconvenience she told me that, u haul website showed the wrong timings for pick up. I had my appointments according to my set schedule and because i got the truck an hour late I couldn’t finish up my work on time.

I had to walk to the vehicle then it on myself etc. I didn’t get the chance to do a walk around of the vehicle. The gas WAS lower than what they said it was and I HAD to pay to refill it to where they said as there is no proof that gas was below what they said. Never will I borrow a Uhaul from a variety store again. Disgusting experience.
Cassandra BaileyA key box was located outside the store and I suppose it was gor the customer to drop the keys incase he comes after the store is closed, however the store owner siad to avail that key dropping facility would be for $20 which was surprising to me and failed to understand why should it be infact charged as it should be free of cost. Never saw anywhere that dropping the keys in keybox is a chargable servie. STRANGE.!!!

Amato De CivitaWas repeatedly told that location hours were 10-6 and that they had to open early to accommodate my 9am booking. Very slow process. When I informed them that the furniture pads I had booked were not in the truck, was simply told that they did not show in the booking despite the email I had confirming. Needless repetition of instructions. Not sure if it was because I was a single woman but quite condescending. Owner did keep offering me complimentary coffee however.Not what I was expecting. Whole experience was very sketchy. Not a location I would recommend.

Raymond Bautista1. The form / contract filled to do a mobile checkout online was completely ignored, and its preferences completely ignored. 2. I was overcharged for insurance protection that i never selected at the time of signup. 3. Man serving at pari's convenience was rude on the phone when asked for clarification on the over charges. Overall the experience was unsatisfactory. No sense of customer service, poor execution. Be ready for lots of miss information and computer crashes accompanied with longer wait time at the counter. The person treats you like you're there to rob him and damage the vehicle. I'd never go back again.
