The app is hit or miss while at the location. Makes time wasted when picking up on a Sunday and no one is in the office. Other than that, everyone at the location is friendly and helpful.
Tristan VanSickelWe rented for a Sunday and we had to call u-haul for help because our phone signal could not be picked up. We had so much trouble even with the help of the u-haul representative that he had to change our pickup time from 10:00 to 11:00.

Terry LovinsQuick and Easy to rent, friendly staff, had one little hiccup over milage, but was resolve promptly which earned more respect. Will use again when needed and do recommend. They had plenty of trucks of all sizes and equipment you would need.

Darrel ConeyI told the nice lady I was "disabled", & moving alone, so I had no clue how long I'd need the truck, by the 2nd day I was getting texts saying where's our truck at?, the 3rd day I got an E-mail saying I "HAD" to bring it back by the next day at noon because they gave someone a reservation for it... I had to stop moving, & spend 2 hrs on the phone with 4 800uhaul reps until one finally deleted the other reservation, I got more texts, & even a call over the next 24 hrs saying "where's our truck at?", I took it back the 5th day. Overall pretty unprofessional, however the place, & people seemed otherwise nice.

Elizabeth RichardsonWe had some challenges with the tablet they were using for the registration. It was really slow and would not recognize the taps on the screen. It took longer than I was hoping, but the normal person was out unexpectedly. We were able to get through it, it just took some time.

Lori YostDigital Check in was easy other then I could not get the location to verify where I was at so I took plenty of pictures before I left and plenty of room to park the uhaul and trailer. No one was available on site to assist as was a Sunday.

DANIEL JANNINGSUhaul needs to have card loading equipment at sites as well as adapters to purchase...and at sites and quit saying you can haul haul cars wth dollys or trailers wthout a specific auto to haul with or haul behind...because photo on bullitinshows jeep grand cherokee hauling a lincoln ls on dolly but denys such thing of that automobile or f150 6 or 8 cylender or f250 or f350 or a yukon v8 or anything ive ask of ..it also needs to quit making customers doso much running around to do such a purchase for the expenses they charge just for rental if equipment ...this should be handled better!!! I have been trying for 2 days to rent a dolly to me 2 cars and people renting out items for you had to help me by renting it for me because of the hassles and aggrivations ive endured in the only 2 times ive tried to be your customer..you gave no help in any wayi in resolving any issues...or offered no diciunts or free services of any sort ...will be pisting on FB and more about this as well as Yelp...thanks for all of you consideration and help wth this issue and very bad inconvienience. As well as issues of having loss og $60.00 on card i cannot use or get money back from...a i had to survive the week until next paycheck... YHAUL IS NOT GOOD PLACE TO RENT EQUIPMENT FROM!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND SERVICES TO ANYONE!!! EVER!!! THANKS FOR THE INCONVEINIENCES!!!

Then one guy lied to officer, then he recanted and told truth finally after realizing cop was going to talk to another employee with me along. Someone HIGH UP NEEDS TO CONTACT ME. THIS was horrible at both ends. 😢
