Great prices and quality equipment
Tasheak YoungI reserved a truck for under $400 and when I went to pick it up there was no record of my reservation. Uhaul central secured an alternate truck for me but it was over $500. I was in a bind so I had no choice. Later that day I received a call from Uhaul asking why I had not picked up the first truck. Uhaul's error cost me over $150. I would like an explanation

Cheryl WaloshinI was at pickup in Ashdown which was 20 miles away early because I had a long day ahead and had movers arriving early and nobody ever showed up. I was then redirected to a place 10 minutes away from my place, much closer than scheduled, but took the manager a long time to get computer to function, making me nearly 2 hours behind schedule.
JOSEPH RUTZDo not expect to be assisted with hooking up your rental trailer to your vehicle; instead, expect to have to do it all by yourself with no help after your rental payment is collected.
JoeyJames GiustinoThe person checking me in could not get the U-haul website to work for my check-in at 5:00 p.m. on May 19th. She obviously has this problem on a regular basis, based on her comments. Either your system is not user friendly or she is VERY poorly trained. She did not look at my truck at check-in. Then, I received a receipt on the 20th that shows an extra charge of $40/per day. The total shows $0, but the receipt showing $40 is very confusing. Also, the receipt, which I received on May 20 at 9:40 a.m., shows that I delivered the truck at 5:07 p.m. on the 21st. This is also VERY confusing. I 'checked-in' at 5:00 p.m. because I did not want to have to figure out your online-check-in-system. I do not want to do business using an APP ! I do not want to have to use your APP! Lastly, your receipt information is not clear. I recommend you modify your receipt language so that it is more clear.

David BarmoreOn 7/6/17 I completed a reservation on line for a 5X8 covered trailer. I was informed that the trailer will be available at 0930AM at the Cubby Hole in Texarkana 7/7/17. However when I arrived I was informed that they did not have a 5X8 covered trailer. I had to make numerous calls before I found Payless Storage who had the equipment I ordered on line.

Leah Grayfix your gas gauges. I ended up filling up the tank because the gas gauge did not register until it was actually moved from the fill up spot. I ended up putting in almost a quarter of a tank over what I was supposed to put in.
Mary ClaytonThe only thing that took some extra time was when I brought the trailer back and the internet connection was down for awhile. Things happen in the computer world so that really isn't any ones fault.

William LindseyHave a friendly and helpful person at the pick up location. Match the advertised uhaul website prices on boxes and wrap. Have the trucks checked out better. Had an obvious misfire that was audible and gas smell.
GARY HINDIWe had a very bad experience in our dealings with the clerk at this location. He acted like he didn't care if we did business there or not. We ended up getting a second truck because when I started it, I could hear spark jumping under the hood and felt the engine missing. I could also smell gas. But it was so late in the day that all our help had to leave. My wife and I worked until 3:00 am to keep on schedule. And since I am handicapped and just had surgery, this not only was a challenge but very risky. I'm not allowed to lift over forty pounds or put pressure on my left leg. This put us a day late in getting to our destination which also complicated our plans for help in unloading. Also, we had to drive about 40 mph for 4 hours during the hottest part of the day because the truck was overheating. We have used uhaul for a previous load and also used the Trinity location for the pick up and had a great experience. But the young lady, Torrie was the person we dealt with. She treated us very good and with respect! Overall, we had a very disappointing experience this time.

WHITTNEY LANGDONI rented a 6x12 trailer from Payless Storage 3 and everything went great. They had excellent customer service! Torie is who helped me and she was awesome. She even came out to help get the trailer checked out and loaded up. The return of the trailer was just as smooth. Easy transaction, good equipment, and great customer service. What else could you want?!! I will definitely use them again.
John GunterHave more trucks & tell people you can reserve a truck but we may not have one anywhere close to where you reserve it and if we do have a truck it may not be the size you want. This was our first experience with U-Haul based on it I would not recommended U-Haul to anyone.

RANDALL PITTSThere were no problems, they had the reservation and the trailor, but the clerk was painfully slow on the computer. Picking up trailer took 30 minutes when it should have taken 10 or less.
