harald aWhile the truck did not have garbage or leaves or anything else in the cabin, it technically could've been a little cleaner, but it wasn't bad. Just an occasional wipe down would've been appreciated, but I do realize I'm a little OCD about cleanliness with my own vehicles. Though the last truck I rented a couple years ago was really clean and nice (though I suspect it was newer since it had ports to charge my phone which was greatly appreciated and this one did not).

Naeem LAll Uhaul rentals are dirty and with sweat stench. The pick up location has really good customer service. However, UHaul needs to implement better cleaning practices with the rentals. It looks & smells like they don't get washed for months. Please improve on this issue for PAYING customers.
Jovana RThere is too much emphasis on the trucks’ dents and cosmetic imperfections. The trucks are for moving or hauling large items of course there will be dings and scratches. However, the front desk was helpful and friendly.

luis ZThe cab of the pickup smelled of marijuana. I was charged for 2 days of rental and CDW even though I had it back the same day I rented the vehicle. I was unable to complete the return process in the app and spent 20 minutes trying to get it taken care of via Web chat.
BILL DI was charged for gas and I filled up the tank before returning the van. When I question the manger she was very rude and not helpful!

Justine DI did my reservation for another location near to me. Uhaul changed the location twice and this increased the miles and my budget regarding this service. If the client do a reservation an specific location, please make sure you have it at the time of was requested.
Ana MI had no issues so it's nothing for you to improve at this time but if I had someone like the young lady who helped me everywhere i go with her customer service skills it would make life way better because people just don't have that these days💕
JACQUELINE CCynthia is very rude. She was very spastic when we picked the truck up. It appears to me that she is not good at multi tasking, I wanted to extend the truck for an additional day. She advised me that I could not rent it again. She accused me of having an attitude and started getting ver rude. She was talking over me and admitted that she was going to be rude. I don’t know she just does not seem to be in the best line of work, When I returned the truck she stated “Yeap I am the rude person you spoke to” I advised her to show respect and to watch her conduct because I will file a complaint with every agency possible. My son was filming her rude behavior and her admitting she was intentionally being rude. She was waving and laughing for the video as if she is irreplaceable. I have never had a problem with any other Uhaul location. This location is the worst. The truck smelt like stale tobacco, it was dirty, and filthy inside and out. With COVID and other communicable diseases, this is unacceptable
Karen MI had waited for 40 minutes at the location I had chosen to rent the van from when they told me they don't rent vehicles if not being returned there. It was then that I received a text message from UHaul about picking up the vehicle at a different location. If you are going to change the location for pick up, it should be BEFORE the time of the pick up. When we got to the new place, they didn't have dollies which we had requested to rent. That made the work we had to do much more difficult. I had made the order request more than a week ago, clear on my needs. She also had to process everything more than once as the material printed up with someone else's name on it first. She was nice enough, but again, it only slowed things down and left us without a dollie. I have rented vehicles in Vestal, NY, and in PA previously with none of these problems. The renal return was also difficult to do with not much in the way of instructions until clicking on the link sent by the location. The directions, etc. could be clearer. If you can have some choice over where to return the vehicle, why make it so difficult. I will think more than twice about renting from UHaul again. The added time, heavy lifting and aggravation was very stressful and frustrating.
Rabbi BEverything was fine except for mobile check in. Too complicated. I would not have been able to complete if there was not a live person to check in. I gave up after many tries and just went to the live person.
Phung LIt was clean and well maintained however and unfortunately, there were roaches!!!!! It was infested!

francine ZHave the items that were reserved with the truck available at pickup. Offer alternatives to the clerk to see the reservation days or hours prior to pickup so they are prepared and don’t have to come with excuses that don’t solve the problem.
