Friendly,expert service. I requested 7:30 am pickup. U haul sent me a message to go to Rte. 347 location. Confusing. 2 reservations. UH helped me to certify one reservation. They did open at 7:30 to transfer my van.

Anurag DHopefully we left the trailer at the right location after hours. I did not see any other U-Haul trailers, and other than the key drop box, I didn’t see any signage for U-Haul at all.

ATHANASIOS APenneys is closed Saturday & Sunday! I returned my trailer 8 days early and they didn't refund me! There was a child working the counter who knew nothing!

SAMANTHALAUREN FA qualified yes on recommending to a friend. The truck was great - in good shape, clean, well-maintained and with a nearly full tank. The lock box process to get the key was good once we figured it out. But the negative was that the furniture dolly and pads that we prepaid were not there and there was no one there on a Saturday at 1 pm who could help us with that. On the plus side, UHaul was very quick in issuing our refund for the missing items.

RICHARD CPicked up the vehicle, it was ready on time, and dropped it off about 3 hours later at the same location. Very convenient.

COREY KI was instructed to top off the truck on return only used it for four hours to my surprise it needed 2gallons of gas seven dollars only drove the truck 11.3 miles not happy

David HThe mobile check in was extremely tedious and did not make us aware of how it was going to work prior to pick up so it was difficult. Ultimately I had to switch to an in person check in that was lightning quick and efficient
Vanessa GI think the rental company should have told me the u-haul van was considered a commercial vehicle. I never rented a van before and did not know this. I went on the LIE and received a ticket from the police. It is something that could have been mentioned at the time of rental. I would have given an excellent review if it wasn't for this added expense to the day.
