The purpose for the rental was to move a refrigerator and absolutely needed a appliance dolly. I requested one and was charged for one but not provided with one...I was not able to accomplish the very task I rented the truck for...Not happy with the experience.

Employee was very friendly but was there alone; maybe could use some help.
Carlos MThey didn’t know where the key was, seemed uninterested in finding the key until U-Haul called them. No dolly was in truck , lady was just angry and had a bad attitude. I don’t think they should be a third party dealer.
BRIAN SI was picking up a car dolly, but they tried to give me an appliance dolly. They were unable to use the site to do my contract. The yard man couldn't hook up the dolly because the ball cover was still in place, but it didn't stop him from trying! The safety chains were covered in grease and grime resulting in filthy hands when I loaded my car.
Ronnie PNobody was there to talk to. Just had to drop key and contract in drop box. I don’t like not having someone to say the equipment was turned in properly and the correct amount of gas and not damaged.
Sharon EThis was the WORST experience we have ever had. The location was not open at all when it was supposed to be. We were not contacted that no one would be at the location. We had paid people waiting for us at our move location and we had to cancel, The person we first contacted while waiting said oh they changed it to a 24/7 but no one told us. He said "they sent you an email" (very snarky) however that email was not sent until AFTER we called and an HOUR AFTER we sat there waiting to pick up our truck. Also, I am not tied to my email as I am waiting in a parking lot to get my rental! The 24/7 system then DIDN"T WORK, we tried 3 times and did not work. The 800 number we called, the rep was very rude treated us like trash...She finally rescheduled it for another day and location. This was a HUGE inconvenience as we only had a very small window if time during the weekend to get this done. We then had to make all kinds of arrangements to get it done during the week.
