Pickup experience was poor. Location has equipment in a field you have to drive thru not knowing if you will get stuck. There was trash and glass beer bottles laying everywhere had to remove before I could reach the equipment. The people at this location would not help with attaching the equipment to my vehicle.

With this location you have to wait for customers buying groceries and miscellaneous things. The part I was very frustrated with is that there was no one to help you hook up the trailer. Luckily, I have my boyfriend with me, but I won’t be by myself the next time I pick up one and it’s too heavy for me to lift. They did not know if it was hooked up correctly or there was a place where it said leave down to Tow if that was done correctly. I am renting a trailer from this location on 4 April. When I asked about someone to help me lift it so I could hook it up to my car. They said will have to wait for a customer that might be willing to help. I did not feel this was appropriate. What if nobody comes by and wants to help me hook it up. I’m guessing this is not standard. At least I hope not.

There was no one there to help hook the trailer up. Was Just the lady in the convenience store. I was there by myself and it was very difficult to hook the trailer up, because the trailers were in high grassy area and the wheels were buried down in the grass making it very hard to lift and to maneuver the tongue and hook to hitch. I had to check the brake lights and turn signals worked by backing to a window and looking at the reflection in the window. The lady did come out and take a picture of the trailer after I drove it up to the door.

Make sure the trucks are all checked the First one I rented when I got back to move we opened the door and Roach bugs went everywhere we shut the door and made another trip to where rented from. They said they we sorry and I got another truck. I thought the price was redicolus. I just moved @10 mile! No across the state or country! That is crazy! Never again!!!

This was the third location. The first two jumped into action so quick to turn me away I didn’t give Phila Market the opportunity to turn me away dropped it off snagged my pictures and left. Paradise wine and spirits, and Stop and shop you are worthless pieces of shit and represent everything wrong with our country.

The uhaul smelled so strongly of smoke that we had to drive the whole way with the windows down. The back smelled so strongly of cat pee that we had to let it air out for 5 hours before loading. We ordered for pickup a month in advance at one location, and the day before pickup I was told I had to pick up from a different location that was 30 minutes away.

Went to a different location where we initially reserved. They didn’t have our rental. Sent somewhere 40m in opposite direction of where we needed to be. Got there and they didn’t have a hitch that we also had reserved so had to go to auto store and buy a hitch.

we had just traveled 500 miles arrived at 8pm and the right rear brake and turn signal did not work on the 6x12 trailer and we had to take it on a very busy interstate at night and was super nervous about changing lanes, so this was a hassle for the whole journey back to IL

Cables were broke on roll up door, trailer would not stay locked down, brakes on truck we’re had, no fuel in truck when picked up ( 15 miles to empty) cab of truck was dirty, cup holder were broke, dollys and moving blankets were not in truck.

The 5X9 utility trailer was in very good condition complete with working lights. The trailer was well designed, had a corrugated sheet metal floor, and was very sturdy. The only fault was the lack of a tongue jack. The renal staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this trailer for moving landscaping materials.

The gas station pick-up location only had one 26 foot truck and one 20 foot truck. I was told I did not have a reservation at all upon arriving. Then the guy handed the keys to his lady coworker and asked her to make sure it would start. He told me that the one truck was not the one I was supposed to get and the one that I was showed up as not turned in and that it had issues working. They tried to figure out how to fix the reservation and had to call a guy named Mike. I waited between 45 minutes to an hour to get the truck. Inside the location had two fly paper strips full of flies. They were nice

It’s very inconvenient to have to wait until 9am to get the trailer. Lots of people need to start before then. The store I rented from is open at 6am, but they said Uhaul won’t let them rent until 9am. To start before then you have to rent the previous day and pay for another day just to start earlier. Not cool.

Overall it was OK. I had to hook up and remove my own equipment. Its probably not a problem for most people but I have two herniated discs in my back.

Uhaul requirements for check in are a trochus. Not everyone in the USA live with internet service and the check in process at the location was slow and cumbersome. However it was not the locations fault. Crystal did all that she could to accommodate. The location is not the problem. It is the management process that is terrible. Don't rate the location rate the overall process. the location was ok but certainly not the check in process.

I had a horrible experience from start to finish will never use this location again excuse after excuse and extremely unprofessional. It took 40 min to just get the uhaul on the day of pickup then the 2 employees was bickering back and forth upset at each other making comments. After that the truck I got the back gate was literally about useless you almost would break your arm trying to get the gate open even the store manager couldn't get it and I had to do it. So upon returning the truck I was almost charged extra 16 for gas then she says well 8 then after showing pictures of before and after she finally calls hector and says its taken care of but you need to get that 1 styrofoam cup out of there too or you will be charged a cleaning fee. I have rented from uhaul several times and have never ever experienced anything like this I have returned uhauls and left maybe a candy wrapper or something and the gas hand not be as close as this one was and never had to deal with this kind of treatment especially after inconveniencing me all day. It's a week later and I finally got an answer on how to get my money corrected because on top of all that I was overcharged 39.95 for a 15ft truck which online was 29.95. Overall this was just a horrible experience and I will definitely never use this location again

Location staff did an excellent job in trying to work with the VERY DIFFICULT U-HAUL system. The mobile app needs work too, as I was trying to complete the Check in process on line and experienced significant issues. Definitely not at my end, but U-Haul tech system.
