The only thing is Mrs. Pinn stated the truck 🚛 was fairly new and it wasn't. It was a hard drive but it got the job done and Mrs. Pinn was very nice.

Shaun KU-Haul rented me a trailer knowing it was going 600 miles; the tires were in very poor condition. Also, call customers note day beforehand like you are supposed to and don’t get an attitude when the CUSTOMER is upset that he has to drive all over Fayette County and then Shelby County. Don’t put customers on hold indefy

Ernest SMy online check in was not reflected on their computer system even though I received an email from that location stating they had received my information via online check in. Information on their computer system was incorrect compared to my online information costing valuable travel time. On site paperwork was incorrect, Return time reflected a 1 day rental when I paid for 2 days. Very nice store employees but need additional training.
