george kritkoI was not refunded for the gas I did not use. I will not ever use y’all again and will put the report on FB and other media places, if you do not refund the gas not used in the U-Haul. Today is 8/28/23 Monday. I will give you till 8/31/23 to contact me by phone and make things right. How would you feel if it happened on the day you were moving and I did not get to my house till 11:15 am on the8/26/23 to move.
peter babbThey charged me an extra day even though I returned the appliance dolly by 1500 the same day. Ridiculous customer service that when it was returned early they logged it a day and a half late. I want a refund!
david hunterThe truck smelled like an animal. Had animal hair all throughout. This was the only truck available, so I had no choice but to take it. Reported the conditions and I’m still waiting for a call back and partial refund!
Atiya ParsonThe truck was newer and in good shape, drove well no issues. Every time I rent a Uhaul I have to sweep out the last person's trash in the cargo bed. Please inspect trucks and clean them before handing off to next person. The location accommodated a change in rental, due to the first location not having the truck I rented. This is a recurring problem with Uhaul that the truck I rent with a "guaranteed" rental is not available; and I was not given any notice until arrival to pick up.

Michael ZaycoskyThe store had no lockbox. The young lady was not trained on how to log someone into the system for a return. I wasted another hour with uhaul. The store rep called me today and assured me that I would be charged for one day and all would be well. I looked at my receipt and saw that I was overcharged. I rented my uhaul on 6/4 and returned it on 6/4 (2022). I had to call uhaul and speak with a representative in order to be refunded (and was told the refund will take 3-5 days. This has been the worst moving experience from start to finish.

Renan Mondragon-FerreraI’m very disappointed with U-Haul overall. I booked my appointment well in advance and mentioned that the pick up location was very important to me due to multiple reasons and followed with U-Haul several times but every time l was told that someone would call me to confirm a day before. I got that call and redirected to 11 miles away ended up losing so much time. And after the move, although the drop off location was a gas station, l couldn’t get gas as it has a clearance of only 11ft but the 26ft requires a 12ft. Clearance. I had to pay for premium gas from uhaul. Personnel were very helpful at both drop off and pick up locations. I won’t be renting from U-Haul again.

Christine FlaniganThe inside of the truck was dirty. Sticky steering wheel, some kind of drink had spilled a little, etc... Just overall a little grimy. When I got the truck home I had to wipe it down with Clorox wipes. Normally I wouldn’t complain but we’re in a pandemic! Also the guys in the store were not wearing masks.

Janet HUGHESThere were metal shavings in the rear of the truck. Look like a metal shop had been in operation. It is extremely difficult to speak with a person at uhaul Waited twice in excess of 20 minutes. Unacceptable
Angela PolkTruck was dirty inside cab,all agent offered was to take one photo to document. With the current COVID pandemic this was unacceptable. Spent time and resources cleaning interior the first day instead of loading..I called the area Manager left a voicemail and have never received a call back..I checked the truck before leaving and found no oil on the dipstick,call for UHaul and a roadside agent was sent out, the engine required one gallon of oil. The truck was only driven several miles from picking it up. I had planned on leaving early and this postponed my departure by several hours. Together with the cleanup I have 4-5 hours of my trip delayed because the truck was not ready to be rented when I received it.

Jeffrey DoutazNot very clearly marked where to return. It is co located with a gas station. He was understaffed and had me bring in the blankets and hand carts, which was fine. He said he would check me out when he could, but he was short staffed. Two days later I get an invoice for a late return. It is still pending on my credit card, but they said I won’t be charged after I called and asked... we shall see.
Peter SchmolingWasn't our choice location. It's a gas station with 1 employee. Gas customers come first so you are interrupted every 30 seconds while trying to get the uhaul
Michael AnthonyI was surprised when the representative did not hook up the trailer. I've rented from U-Haul many times and never had to do my own trailer hook up. Not a huge issue, just surprising that the service culture has changed. I chalk it up to being a neighborhood dealer and not a U-Haul center.

Travis ParkerThis location is not a full service U-Haul location but a gas station that offers U-Haul rentals. Dropped the unit after hours; clerk took my name and the trailer tag number. The U-Haul agent called out of work the next day so I'm hopeful that I get full credit for the return being on-time.

Rod ShoughPick-up was smooth. I checked in online so that helped. Drop off was uneventful. Agent was disinterested. Not rude, but definitely not as nice as the pick-up agent. Never thanked for my business after returning everything in good order.

Jason ColeDrop off took a long time. Staff had to stop checking me in on several occasions to help other customers. I returned the truck with the correct drop off fuel. However, when the truck was parked on a hill, the gauge read below the drop off fuel quantity. I was charged additional for this. When I pointed out the error, the staff was unable to rectify the situation.

Edward KingI was charged twice, we have been on hold to your 800# since 10am, I have been trying to chat online for an hour, no response, no reply, no answer on teh 800# Unbelievable - the location was fine, the trailer was fine, NO response from customer service is terrible - please coorect the double charge so I do not have to dispute it with the credit card company.

James KuniI appreciate the after hours drop off option. I am curious about the policy of providing 9/16ths of a full tank instead of a full tank. Also wonder about what you do with the extra gas. In my case, I returned with 12/16ths of a tank. Do you siphon of the extra 3/16ths?
