The young man behind the counter was very nice and friendly, however when it came time to get the truck he told us to go to the gait and he would open it, then we were to find our truck ourselves. The gait never opened and we had to go back to office and tell him to open it. He said, sorry i was eating. Went back again, truck not there, even tried one to make sure. Went back to office, truck was parked on street all the time. Also did not get dolly that was ordered. He never got up out of the chair to help us. would not reccommend this location

Canceled and went w/ Uhaul Move and Storage instead b/c they would not honor 1 mo. free promo listed on uhaul site.
The person at the drop off location was helpful in that he accepted the drop off. However, he made a point that I should not be dropping off there, that the location had notified U-Haul they would not accept drop offs and seemed annoyed that my paperwork specified his location. In the end, I unhooked the trailer myself. Glad to be rid of it.
Had to go to 3 locations to get the truck I reserved over 2 weeks in advance. Really slowed down the moving process. Not good.

Nothing they were awesome
Place looked closed, gate locked.. Pressed the button for service.. No response. Found the office, clerk instructed me to "park it by the other trailers". I told him we had some problems with the lighting and requested he look over the trailer since I was responsible for damages.. His response "I bet it's ok". And Did not provide any documentation showing we dropped it off. We unloaded and unhooked trailer ourselves and left..
The guy who checked me out told me to bring equipment back on Monday because they were closing early on Sunday (before my 24 hour rental expired). Then they charged me for two days.
Make the included mileage consistent from web to in-person - we were quoted 60 miles included vs 45 and had to pay for it.

While the location was listed as 24 hour dropoff, I was thankful they were open as there is no clear way to drop off after hours.
Staff was very professional and welcoming
Need to have a tool allowing one person to attach a large trailer to a vehicle. I am a 65 yr old female with heart and lung disease. Could not pick up trailer alone. Would not have gotten a trailer if I had not asked my daughter to help the attendant lift and move the trailer. This should NOT happen. Employees should have necessary tools available to do job unassisted by customer.
The gentleman who assisted us was extremely helpful. Everything was great and easy. First time using a storage unit and I am very pleased with the service.
Everything was great! The truck was pulled up to the entrance for me and then they took care of everything for me when I returned it. Awesome customer service representatives!

The staff was super friendly when I called and confirmed the vehicle was ready, as well as when I arrived to pick it up. The vehicle smelled of smoke, which I'm sure is difficult to control. However, the worst part of my experience was the fact that the air conditioner never got cool. I drove through town to my home to load the truck. It did not cool off, but I thought it would get better at highway speeds. However, it certainly did not. I drove 4 hours to Houston and did not stop sweating. It was not worth my time to call, switch out trucks, unload and reload as I had to arrive at a certain time. I need to rent another truck next week, but I'm not sure which company I'll use next.
Well 1st of all, I was inconvenienced by being sent there after arriving at my original location at 8 to pick up my truck only to be told they didn't have one. Then going to Plan-it Storage only to find out they don't open till 9:30, so I stated almost 2 hours later than I originally planned.
Inspect the vehicle fully, instruct customer on using the products, clean the vehicle ordered and make sure equipment works.
All was good. No problems. We moved in after office hours and so didn`t have contact with anyone at this time.
Truck drove horrible would not go over 50 miles per hour,tires were not in good condition
We have rented Uhauls from this location previously. The facility has friendly, helpful employees. Will definitely use them again!
I picked up my u-haul truck and it was 3 quarts low on oil!! I had to drive the u-haul across town to another location to have the u-hual dealer service the truck and put 3 quarts of oil in it. The truck had never been serviced or cleaned. The windshield was covered dirt and the u-haul dealership had to clean it so it was safe to drive, without vision being distorted. The tires were also low on oil. It took an hour and half out of my moving day to go service this truck that I should have never had to do, since i ordered this truck 4 days in advance.
It had 24 hour return. I did not speak to any staff
I had reserved an appliance dolly but this location, which UHaul directed me to, did not actually have one on their site. Consequently, I had to go to another location after picking up my reserved trailer, to get the dolly. It was exceptionally inconvenient!
The employee at Plan it Storage stated that they were "not allowed" to touch the trucks. There looked to be only one truck, you think they could maintenance one truck.
The gentleman I rented from was very helpful in assisting me with my rental it was last minute but I truly appreciate David's help and kindness

Suspension on the 14-foot truck was very bad and truck bounced violently even on the smoothest of roads. Would suggest a new set of heavy-duty shocks for the truck I rented.
The facility was not professional when they phoned to let us know we were picking up the truck from this location rather than our requested Uhaul location. Upon pickup he seemed confused and had to call in to verify the processing of our vehicle. Despite making this call, he clearly did not process the pickup correctly as we later received a call saying we were late picking up our equipment, and when we dropped our equipment off discovered we were given a different truck number than indicated in your system.
This guy had us wait for 45 minutes while he chatted away with his two friends before he even acknowledged we were waiting
Be certain of drop off city - was wrong on the contract and wasn't highlighted to me as the customer

our move in date should be 6-11-14. I was told we could move in earlier if wanted. I will contact Plan It Storage on Monday.
My reservation was actually useless because when my mother went to get the keys since I was moving from out of town, she had to put everything under her name and it was a big hassle.
The facility is a new property, very clean and pleasent.
I reserved climate control storage, and it was clean and safe. Officer is kind.
The facility is new and seems to have up-to-date security features. The facility is clean and orderly. The staff seems very courteous, helpful and very polite.

I was at this location for an hour and half partly because my reservation was messed up but it took so long because the sales person had no idea what he was doing and had to call several people before he figured it out.
We rented two trailers on two different trucks and one was cancelled without notification. The sales person there was very rude and did not want to help. She called a 1-800 number where they told her that the second rental was a duplicate. both orders were different so nothing gave indication that it was a dupiclate order. Then they gave her another site for us to pick up another trailer. she said we had to call them and make arrangements. We asked her to call since we were in a time crunch. She was very angry and frustrated. She did make the call but there was no answer. So she said we would have to call later. We explained that we did not have time to be running around or waiting. We asked her to please call the 1-800 number back and make other arrangements for us. Then she got more angry and made the call anyway. They found a trailer for us in Denton Tx it was an hour and half away just to get there and hour and half to get back to Fort Worth area. I have rented trailers from Uhaul in the past and never had any issues. This was the worst ever. We were a day late for our Military move to Yuma AZ. I will not use Uhaul again. Penske has better rates and serves Military personnel with respect and courtesy. The personnel at the Denton location were very understanding and helpful. Perhaps you should get these people to train people at other location. They need help.... Thank you

Location was a bit tricky to find. Bit I am new to the area so I take responsibility for that.
When you do a night drop you must leave the contract. When I got the email receipt it doesn't reflect the initial amount paid so I could not use it for reimbursement. I will go back during the week to see if I can get a copy of my contract that shows the $444.00 I paid.

The address doesn't show on a map and apparently it is notated yet when we called to let uhaul know it wasn't mentioned at all. Not until our second call when we were completely lost did the rep let us know how to get there. We tried to call the location on Sunday to let them know and they gentlemen said he didn't have any info because they were closed. Then we tried to call when lost and no one answered the phone nor did they call us back. Then we arrived and explained what happened the gentlemen could care less and didn't even offer an apology. However, there was an individual in training who did at least apologize.
We decided to go with another storage unit because of pricing. They offered 1/2 price for the first three months. With administrative fees combined it was 120 bucks for three months of storage.
Excellent service! I was given a personal electric hookup since there were no more in stock, and it was much appreciated. Thank you for making my move super easy!

I am not sure if the blake street is the one that we actually picked up the truck from of it is the one we were sent to after the truck was not at the first location. It really wasn't anyone's fault though. All the college kids rented trucks to move the same weekend we needed a truck. At least they found me a truck. We have over all had a good experience with U haul and will use them again.
This location was very flexible and we made it our drop off location on the fly. After a long day of loading and unloading being able to drop our truck off at our storage place was well worth it. I really appreciated their willingness to work with us
