David knapp1. I reserved a dolly and it was not in the truck, so the move was a lot more difficult. I was CHARGED for the dolly, so I had to chat with a customer service rep to get a refund. 2. The number of the trucks are on the top, not on the bottom rear like the app says. 3. The truck was not near the entrance, like the app said. It was on the other side of the parking lot.

NORMAN WALKERMy review is not for the location itself but for Uhaul App and website, it took me 49 minutes to finalize my rental, it was horrific ... then I tried on the web and again it was another 20 minute wait for my DL verification, overl all I will never use uhaul again ... your app sucks and I understand now why customers were always so mad back when I was working for a neighborhood dealer #UhaulSucks

Danilo MavarezI only have one criticism and one complaint. The vehicle was used for a distance not exceeding about 10 miles and was received with less than half a tank. I put in $8 of fuel and it was fuller than when I received it and they charge me for 3 gallons of fuel which is not in any way honest so I was not satisfied and feel that they have taken money from me improperly. If I had known they were going to take money from me I would not have spent on fuel. I am requesting a refund of $13.00 for 3 gallons of fuel that if I had not put it in comjustiboe, I would not have used 3 gallons in 12 miles that you say was used. Very bad treatment for the customers.

Angelique ChristopheMy reservation wasn’t working when I went to receive my key out of the lock box. The guy who runs the place didn’t want to help me and he just told me to call the 1-800 number. I could tell over the phone that he wasn’t comfortable with the whole process and I had a feeling something would go wrong. It took me an hour in the parking lot to finally get my truck.

Got there at the time I requested to pick up equipment and was unable to check out equipment through app. Waited for an hour until someone came to office to open. He checked me out and gave the equipment. App is a -100 useless. Location equipment excellent great people very helpful. Will recommend the location but not to check out via app.

I was even given some advice on some interesting things to do this weekend like checking out the Orange Blossom Festival which my Fiancé and I are planning to do today. John FraleyThe website needs to be more specific on how the flooring is designed. The site made it seems like it had a second floor but it was a unit on top of another. I wouldn’t have rented at this location had that been the case. After I finally moved the items in, then I was granted a first floor unit on a different location but it became pointless after I had put everything inside. It was extremely difficult and very inconvenient to put large furniture in this space. Then after a few months when I’m ready to move my items, I was told that there is no proration for leaving a few days past the billing date. In others words I’m getting charged a whole month of a space that is now empty. The interesting part is that I had no issues with a public storage in CT. At this location there was second flooring and it was on the ground with wonderful a/c. It was two very different experiences.
