keona si rented an auto transporter; one of the tiedowns were cut so i was unable to use one side. I had to go buy tie downs to be able to use equipment as auto transporter are not keep at all u haul locations. when I turned the equipment in I was told the equipment I returned was not the same number on my contract. this was a one way so location is NA

Mary MProvide an office on site so that new clients know there are personnel on-site. This is a fenced-in lot full of UHAUL trucks, but no business office. I was afraid to enter it in a 34' motor home pulling a tow dolly.
James FI was driving a 35" Class A motor home dragging a car on a tow dolly. I was initially concerned with entering this dealership because there is no office onsite and it was not a large site. When I did identify a U-Haul employee was on-site, I drove into the lot and was unloaded successfully. Two days later, I returned and had an auto transport loaded successfully. The U-Haul employee was very cordial and helpful. I think this site should have a mobile office to help identify that personnel are available.
James FIt is just a gravel lot in the middle of downtown. Looks very sketchy.

Yoshina Cgravel lot. The guy assisting was helpful but I ordered a week in advance to make sure I got a dolly and some blankets to assist with moving my daughter. Neither were available when I went to pick up the truck. Kinda pointless to order ahead and upsell me and then not deliver.

Gisele LIt would be great if there was maybe a way for customers to enter the property when it’s locked to drop off. The gate was closed while the manager was busy so we had to wait. This manager was super friendly and doing the best he could!

Aubrey MThe first truck we were given was old and had a horrible rattle on the passenger door. I rented this for a one-way trip for over 1700 miles so that was not acceptable. I had to return to the location and request a different truck, which fortunately was available. However after beginning our journey across six southern states we discovered the 12v outlet and USB outlets did not work. Also the truck, even though it was a newer model, didn't have cruise control. For a long trip, I would not recommend them.

Anthony HI was over charged for the amount we agreed. I was informed by the dealer that there is an extra fee if I go over the 4 hr window. I brought in the truck back in under two hours and he still charged my card for a late fee. He also stated that there is a $100 deposit needed. That was weird because in all my years of using uhaul I never been overcharged or asked to put up a $100 deposit
