I was not aware that the Eckels Market pickup location did not provide dollies or furniture pads, but I was able to purchase them as an add on when I placed the reservation online. When I picked up the truck the dolly and furniture pads were not in the vehicle and the store told me they do not have those things on hand. I was able to get a refund, but it would be nice if the online ordering process told you that the add ons are not available at this location so that I could go to a location that could provide me a dolly. I’m glad the charges for the dolly and pads were resolved, but wish that the online ordering process would have made me aware that I was never going to receive them if I rented my truck from this location.
Samuel LEverything was fine except they have only one guy working for both secrions ,cash register for convenient store and U haul rental. I had to wait long time to get a car and returned there.
Chul SThe app is useless. I was directed to download it in order to check in and then immediately directed to dial customer service by the app itself, where I was told instead to just use the website.

Victoria LFalse mileage show up on a screen. I have calculated miles and it was less than what showed up on dashboard. I Don't understand why do I have to pay more for miles with incorrect information? Stop cheat your customers. I will never buy u- haul again. Thank you very much for cheating.
Honey PWORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. First I reserved a cargo van for pickup at 1pm Saturday from a location that turned out to be closed on Saturday. Then the location I was switched to miscalculated the mileage. They said I travelled 191 miles when I actually travelled about 30 miles. In fact, when I picked up the vehicle the contract and fuel gauge showed 3/4 full... when I returned it was still at 3/4 full... So there is not way I travelled that far. After complaining they adjusted it to charge me for 100 miles which is still a big rip-off. My bad for not taking a picture of the fuel gauge to start... but I could not find any where in the dozen e-mailed contracts I got that day that showed the starting mileage. I am a frequent renter and normally it is fine... but I will never go to either of these locations again.

NATHAN JThe online/mobile check-in process was a bad experience. After checking in, we waited several minutes for the phone call to verify my identify. My wife (the other contact) even tried calling the number and was told it would take 10-15 minutes. I went into the shop and he was very helpful. He got me the keys in about 2 minutes. I will not recommend the online checkin process due to how slow it works.
Bryan BYour app/website stinks. The amount of times I had to put information in, start over, try again was so frustrating. I got there at 9:30, picked up the van and still had to fill out a ton of info. Why not make it more apparent that you can do these things ahead of time. I was hoping to walk in and pick up the keys and walk out.

Sheila GThe only thing might be a sign outside that indicates this is the U-Haul pick up area. I thought I had gone to the wrong place before driving around back and saw the trucks. Other than that it was great and a great location for what I needed to do. The people I interacted with were very nice, as well.

Mustapha SI book uhaul all the time and select desk check-in because it’s usually easier. Eckels was bad. Asked me to “take a picture”. No one has ever asked that. So I followed the link and took a picture. When I came back in to eckels, they asked me why I did that. After they asked me to. No idea. Truck was old and had 167000 miles and by far the worst check in experience yet. Will opt for other locations next time. Maybe they should learn how to offer uhaul.

Alexandra RI had rented a furniture dolly and moving blankets. Neither were provided.
Lynn BI picked up the uhaul and found there was only 1/4 tank of gas in the uhaul. When I returned it I put almost 1/2 a tank of gas into the uhaul. And cleaned it better than it was when I picked it up. I figured I get reimbursed a little but still got charged 24 dollars for mileage. Thanks though.

ERICA Sthis was not a U-Haul facility but rather some mini mart where the person there had to call a U-Haul rep to take care of me. I ordered Hand Truck and 12-furniture sheets but none were provided.
