DONNA HDrop off at night the lighting was very bad , checked the truck in online lucky we had reception on are phone because it is questionable in that area.
James LWas convenient to get to and find the only thing was I couldn't find the drop box for after hours, I found a post with 3 lock boxes on it and it said uhaul on it , I put it in box 3 and lock it with lock provided, call next day and told the person on the phone that I let the truck, he asked about the key when I told he I put it in box 3 he told me that was for after hour pick up's , not sure what was going on. But he took care of it and got the key

Derek MPeople there are great. The only issue I had was when I got there they didnt have appliance dolly that I reserved. That's the second time I've reserved an appliance dolly with uhaul and didnt get one. Made the move harder than it had to be. Other than that good deal.
David HThe price! I don’t understand the pricing. If you put the gas back in the truck, why are you charged mileage? It went from $39.95 to $170.22. We did rent a dolly also, but that is only $7.00 extra dollars. I just understand. Thank you Pratt’s Truck & Trailer for the excellent service.
