The guy behind the counter was helpful but My reservation wasn't showing in the system even though that was my drop off place, which was futher away then I wanted to drop it off in. Had to do the self turn in and the session kept timing out I had to call customer service thank God for that angel.

This place is trying to charge my card 65 for gas that never was in the truck. I will not be doing business with you anymore
WILLIAM GI get there and the employee didn’t know what to do. He had to get his manager on the phone. I ordered 12 blankets. They didn’t reserve them for me so we had to go to Walmart to spend $120 on quilts. He did refund the money for the blankets but cost me way more. Also didn’t have the dolly I reserved but didn’t luckily have an appliance dolly. Gas was on empty.

Tyler HYou can check the order in advance and when the customer orders an Appliance dolly do not just give them a utility dolly which is too small to be useful. You can also get them in and out sooner than 30 minutes when they have a reservation and are on time. Also you can pull the vehicle out or at least make it accessible so you don't have to drive in the grass to get around other uhauls that are blocking the one that is being rented
