no truck was ready, Called uhaul and was told manager failed to prep truck. I was sent to a new location 2,7 miles away, No uber was available in time, Yellow cab didnt show up, My son and I had to walk to the pick up location, we finally got a truck

Crystal YErnie is outstanding! This is the second time I have gone through him for a rental and he goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. I would highly recommend him and his location to anyone looking for a rental. Michele at the corporate office is a different story. l do not have anything good to say about her. If she was the person I had to rent from, I would never use Uhaul. She is rude and unwilling to help customers out. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work with her or do business with her.
Charles RI was unsure of what all was going to be needed and this location was more than helpful more than convenient more than cooperative going over and above any expectations I had of renting any trailer from anywhere. in the past I have had U haul experience it was not so great this one is totally changed my mind about U haul I love this location.

JESUS AThe pick up process and return was quick and easy. The vehicle was great except for the noise from the driver side window. There was a constant whistling sound which is a bit of a nuisance that only bothered me as the driver and did not affect the vehicle's performance. Just a bit annoying. A manual key is required to open the door.
Thi HRented a truck from this location on Saturday 1/28. All went well. Then I received a call after hours from the person working. ''We are calling to let you know you did not take out any insurance on the truck. We can see from the camera outdoors that there is damage to the truck.'' How can you see damage from a camera??? No information of where the damage was. No pictures were taken of the supposed damage. Called them and left a message to call me back on Monday. No call back. Called again later on Monday and left a message. No call back. Finally after 7 days I get a call back. I called back again. Still no call back. Then I get a bill for $180 for damages that I still have no idea about. Fortunately I saved the VM that they left me. I have reached out to the BBB for there insight and will be seeking to 3 on your side so you will be on the local news soon. I guess my $33 rental wasn't enough. Don't get anything from this location.

Justin HMaybe a perimeter fence so that I feel safe when I drop of the hired vehicle.There is no guard so it's kinder scary.Also if I have left my car I will not be comfortable it being there not protected. But the guy who served me was amazing😊👍🤝. Keep it up with the good customer service

JUAN LI was fraudulently mislead. I agreed to rent the truck for 19.95 for 24 hours with 100 miles included. Instead I was charged 89.00 for 24 hours and charge additional mileage. The car was returned on full and on time. I will hire an attorney.
