Charged me for a cleaning fee although it was given to me that way. Clean your trucks and stop charging people for something you should have done. Disgusted with this place and would never come here again. Do better!!!

Raymond GMy reservation location was changed 3 times because the guaranteed trailer was not at each location. The people working at each location was very helpful and nice however the reservation system on Uhaul was horrible because they were the ones responsible for the changes. We went from a location 10 minutes away to one 25 minutes away then almost an hour away. One instance was because the reservation system allowed the renter to extend his rental after the initial 3 day period was up. Again the people at each location were very helpful. I think the fault lies in the reservation system saying the item is guaranteed and then allowing people to keep it which inconvenienced us! We had to extend our stay in South Carolina because of this.
Barry SHey charge me a complete day for 1 hour late drop off.. i think that was excesive. Maybe a charge fee but not a complete day including the insurance. I had to put the trailer on and off of my car bc they dont have nobody to help you install or recive. They need it do better. Thanks.

Troy GThis was my drop off location and even though the store had the open sign still on the gates were closed and I called the store several times. Finally someone answered and they said they would be there to help me lift the Uhaul off for me. My only issue is that I was towing a Uhaul, not driving one and putting miles on one. And I was still charged the same amount as it would be for driving one. So I don’t understand that at all!!!!!!
Stephinie Jthis was not the original location for drop off, as the one listed on my paperwork had limited hours, and was closed on a Monday. I contacted the Sea Mountain storage location, and they were very accommodating. Very professional staff, had me in and out in no time, and gave me a followup call to ensure my satisfaction. A good experience on both ends.
