When I booked through Uhaul added services they didn’t have my reservation and unit unavailable. When they gave me an alternative solution they double charged me admin fees which is funny because they are the ones that messed up! Older man in the office was polite, but we almost slipped and fell a few times because their window unit was leaking all over the office floor.

Highly recommend this storage facility due to the outstanding staff. There was an unexpected and significant price increase last year that should have been communicated by the owners, who are extremely fortunate to have such stellar office staff members (especially Carolyn and Billy).

Overall we really appreciated the experience renting here. Staff was very friendly and everything was conveniently accessible. We were just disappointed that rent was randomly raised 40%. So we decided to get a garage at our apartment complex that was $85 cheaper a month and significant larger. Thank you for your service regardless!

Was always accessible through a locked gate with code. My unit was clean and well lit. This was my first time ever renting a storage unit and it was a great experience. Thank you.

The Mgr Carolyn was so immensely helpful with our storage needs. We started with two units, reduced to one unit after move-in to our new home in late March. As home has settled we have donated several unused furniture pieces. Our daughter Lauren is still leasing a unit for her needs. PROSPER SELF STORAGE, is and will be our go-to for ANY future needs. Many THANKS to Carolyn for making us feel welcome for our storage needs. Awesome, caring individual who we absolutely recommend to other friends seeking storage options. May God Bless ….

Great service! We drove cross country to move here, and the owners made themselves available after hours so we could unload our trailer. Definitely would recommend using this facility.

They did not have the storage container that I had reserved online and when I had called, they were trying to offer me something smaller for more expensive!

Would have been nice, but I showed up and they said they did no business with uhaul. I spent my time and gas driving out there only to be told they don`t take uhaul reservations.

The staff at the facility was very kind but was unable to fill my reservation. The lady said that the website will allow reservations to be made without confirming availability.

Owners were extremely helpful. We were at the end of s cross country move and waiting on a lease to go through. Sammy and her husband were a great assistance in helping us get through the move.
