Customer service was great. Truck was clean and ready to go for our trip. I was shocked only one tank of gas. I would definitely recommend this UHaul dealer to all my family and friends.
catherine wClean the vehicle completely for the next customer. The windshield was difficult to see out of due to bug debris. Dog hair in the cab area. Appears to be egg smear on the driver's side that had to be cleaned off before return.

The establishment itself is very clean and welcoming. If you vape, their selection of equipment and juices are wonderful! It's the only place I'll go to use any U-Haul services, and I rent equipment from U-Haul frequently. Thanks again, Puffs A Lot!

NORVELL MThe vehicle was too dirty to use. Smelled like animals had been transported in the cargo area. Very dirty floors and seats. I had to bring the van back because I couldn't transport our furniture in it. Dealer would not refund me because it left the lot even though I only drove it 6 miles down the road and back.

Rececca RThe gentleman did not come out with me. It was raining, he just pointed to the truck, handed me the key and hand dolly and went back inside. I had to open the back, put the dolly inside, get the door down and got very very wet.

luis gCharged me 15$ extra for 3 gallons of gas when i brought the truck back with the proper and when i emailed showing a picture of the gas at half before i even left the chattanooga uhaul and i returned it half and still have not got a refund money grabbing fucks

Did not need the truck three days like I thought so I brought it back early and it was not problem to adjust my bill. I would recommend this store for your Uhaul truck needs. It ended up being more economical to rent the truck to move. SQ
