Our reservation was for business hours, as we had questions and wanted a face-to-face discussion. Arrived at 3pm to pick up our truck. NO ONE WAS AT THE OFFICE (the "Open" sign was lit, but only painters there working. Called Customer Service to find our reservation had been converted to "24/7 Pickup!" What a NIGHTMARE! It was pouring down rain, cold, and the App kept saying we were at the wrong location! We were told to "walk around the building to get a better signal..." IN THE RAIN! It was a HORRIBLE experience that took over an hour and a half. SERENITY, in Customer Service needs to get a raise, because while we were losing our cool, she kept hers, and was eventually able to help us get our truck. We were so aggravated, we worked all night to load and drive to our destination just so we could get the truck back ASAP. Turned it in by noon the next day, even though we had until 4:30pm... To add insult to injury, we somehow had a few extra miles, even though we only went from the loading location to the drop off location, no side trips. Absolutely the worst experience, all because the owner/manager of the pick up site decided to be gone, and just took it upon himself to convert out reservation to totally on-line. Never again. No excuse; it wasn't even poor Service, it was NO SERVICE! If it were up to me, I'd pull the affiliation with MIDGUARD CLERMONT. You're FIRED!
