Cost way too much for what I got. -No one was there to help me receive the truck and I had to use self locate or whatever it's called. -It was raining and the code for the lock was WRONG. I arrived there exactly on time but did not leave until 45 minutes later SOAKED because I had to call customer service for the correct lock code -Unless you read the fine print you may not know this truck is not a one way trip. You have to return it to the same location -i paid $90 for gas and left it with more than it had when I received it and was not reimbursed for that. -the app is horrendous and constantly glitches -all said, I spent around $550 for a days use. Totally not worth it. Would not recommend. Rip off

The UHAUL Application was very poor and unresponsive. I wasted nearly 1 hour for the application to load the pickup page. Once it was completed I was forced to take pictures of my ID and enter information that was already completed with the online registration. During the return, the dropbox was on the other side of the building. There was NO mention of this and I spent another 1 hour driving around and searching the dropbox location and then having to pay additional for gas that was used... Not to mention the location was very worrisome.

Wash moving truck. The windows are dirty and a little difficult to see through.
