John HazukaI was contacted at the last minute by customer service there would be a change in our itinerary. I ordered a 26 foot truck with 2 utility dollies and 2 furniture dollies . We were there picking up already and had movers ready to come. They said we could pick up a 26 foot truck up in st micheal or rent a 15 foot truck from ralphies. We opted for the 15 foot truck got charged for the 26 foot truck. They had only one dolly and no furniture dollies. The customer in front of us got the last one. If we request dollies at a pick up site they should be reserved for the customer as well . MOVING IS ALREADY STRESSFULL to add the extra stops and not getting the proper equipment available was not helpful.
Christine BlockWe picked up the truck and thankfully, before we drove off the lot, my husband decided to check the back and found it was frozen and we could not open the door. The staff tried to break the ice but no such luck. Same thing with a 2nd truck but truck #3 was the ticket. I am grateful we checked to see if we could open the doors before going on our way! The staff could not have been nicer!!

Daniel StantonMy u haul was set for world class auto body drop off which was wrong. then I called the u haul number and the lady on the phone was really nice and helped me out and switched it to ralphies then the lady at ralphies was complaining about how she doesn’t have room for another trailer when the lot was huge and they only had 1 other trailer. By far the worst experience with u haul.

Jamie GrayIt's not the location's fault but i got charged an extra day and shouldnt have been because i did not depart at 12:30 on the day we picked it up, see my comments over there, i had to drive all over WI to get the trailer/ dolly. I think i should not be charged for returing at 2 pm which is what my dropoff was changed to versus 1 PM. which we didn't even get out of CLayton WI until 1:30. Half hour and i get charged extra day, well what about all the gas money i spent driving around because your inventory was wrong?

Greg CrassThe only issue was the disclosure of damage photos. The pictures provided from uhaul showed no damage n a rock with a different bumper. The truck I rented had a small amount of damage on every body panel.

Polly MattesonWe rented a 6’x12’ trailer online. When we got there to pick it up it was gone. Some other customer had wrongly take it instead of the one they should have. The only other option was a 27’ truck. I think we should have gotten some kind of a discount for the mix up but we didn’t.

GEOFFREY ANYONAI had a guaranteed reservation which was not honored, I had to drive 92 miles (43 miles RT twice) to pick up and return my rental. Original rental was less than 2 miles away from my location. Trailer was dirty and had numerous dents and running and tail light were dim and barely visible. I was told I would receive a $50 credit but magically no one knows anything about your uhaul reservation guarantee.
Chris BennettI paid $190 for 100 miles and a quarter tank of gas. You can help your customers by lowering the prices. I would of been better off hiring movers with a van!
AREONA COOKThe young man was not able to get on on line at U-Haul to return my trailer, so I had to trust that he would do it after I left.

Diane KasperDrop off went very smooth and the gentlemen that helped were very kind. I would not recommend uhaul to a friend as the customer service on uhauls end is lacking. The people at the pick up and drop off were fantastic but I cannot say the same for any of the uhaul representative I spoke with over the phone

Matthew ZanderWhen I picked up the girl told me they closed at 9pm. I wrote it down on the paperwork she gave me. The. When I came and dropped it off they told me that “uhaul” closed at 7pm but the gas station was open until 9pm. I wont be using them again. I would have brought it back by 7pm if I would have known that. And for all this I got charged $20!

Todd CarlsonThis location does not have a good protocol for after hours drop off. They have a voice mail box not set up, and the customer service rep expected me to call them at 5:30 am the next morning to check in my return. Not real pleased with this location, they used to be decent, but will be using other locations in future

ROBERT OLSONStaff did not know how to handle my complaints about issues I had with vehicle and the pickup location. However, when I called U-haul customer service, I was told that these things could be handled at the drop off location. That proved to be false.
