Michael RI reserved an appliance dolly and was charged for one. Only a simple utility dolly was there. I specifically requested an appliance dolly for a reason and that's to move appliances down stairs. Sure would've been nice to know one wasn't available so I could make arrangements. Being medically discharged feom the Military for back issues and spent half the time taking breaks because a reservation wasn't provided.

MICHAEL GGreat experience using the U-Haul App along with the actual truck. I got the enclosed van for a day to move my belongings into storage. It was quick and easy to use while also providing all the room needed to make one trip. The price was low and all I had to do upon return was drop the keys in a drop box.

Michelle ADisappointed. Didn’t go that far and as the gas gauge didn’t move and I still got charged. This was my second time renting from this location and a disappointment. Before renting I was told the gas tank is full. I had asked again to make sure I heard it right. I go out and check and it wasn’t full. I go back in and told the guy and he told me to check my email and make notes. I think he was new and needs a little more training.

Angel FThere are prestaged items left in the back of the truck for your truck. They are extra and happen to be in the way if you dont need them. I did not like having to stack my stuff around this and use blankets to cushion my furniture from hitting the additional dolly locked to the back inside of the truck. This should be removed. Took over a week to finalize my receipt and that was only after contacting customer support and the rental site.

Kenneth SThis uhaul rental location was good. My issue is with the truck. For some reason there was moving blankets and a dolly attached in the back of the truck, which took up valuable space. These items were secured with a zip tie, which if broken meant you used said items and would be charged. Moving blankets and a dolly should be separate like the appliance dolly, not mounted in the moving truck taking up storage space.

Adam CThis was a terrible experience. It was supposed to be self check in we stood outside the gate for 20 minutes until someone on a golf cart happened to drive by. After waving them down we finally got in THEN GOT LOCKED INSIDE THE GATE. Another 20 min later she finally let us out. I paid for a dolly and it wasn’t there. Terrible exercise.
CAMBRIA CFacility was clean, agent was very helpful and great service. Truck was clean.. only thing was truck was low on fuel when I picked up. Full tank would be nice when picking up.

JAYNA VYour computer program you use needs some improvements. When we booked our rental online we couldn't choose the location where to drop it off. We had to have someone inside help us change it to the correct location. And the mobile check-out. It took us 20 minutes to be able to by pass the error message we kept getting when entering the mileage we used. But other than that we were very happy with the customer service we received.

Edward HI was told I can pickup 2 trucks at 1 location. I showed up and was told only 1 was ready and I can get other one across town. So I had to figure out how to be at 2 rentals places at the same time and return to 2 different locations. I wasn’t given any notice and when I told the rental people this was a problem I was then given attitude because of your screw up. Super frustrating! The trucks both had trash, nether were wiped or cleaned in anyway. I’ll definitely make sure to call other places for a rental before calling uhaul
justin bRanch RV and self Storage was excellent . However who ever is the AREA Manager is an absolute jerk . I received a phone call from 951-428-0970. He stated is was the area manager and said to me “ what is talking so long to return the U-Haul” . So disrespectful. I have rented 5 different trucks over the past month and by far this is the worst experience. This bad review is for the area manager only not the facility
