DONALD KELMWhile the location was very good, it took about a half hour to complete the after hours drop off via the Uhaul mobile application. Numerous pictures were required for the drop off process. It took a very long time for the required photos to upload. 4G cell coverage was excellent on my phone so it was frustrating why it took so long.

Demonte BarronRandy's is fine. However, U-Haul needs to improve their booking system and customer service. I booked a van for Saturday - Sunday for a round trip from Stephenville to Bayside. You guys have me the pickup location and Dewayne's in town. Then, the next day you text me to say that you did not have a van available. Okay, that's a simple mistake to make, so I call your provided number. The lady on the phone asks if a 10ft box truck would do? I agree as long as the charges are the same with the same pickup and drop off at Dewayne's in Stephenville. She confirms this. When I go to pickup Saturday morning, the app starts saying in at the wrong location. Also, starts showing that I'm going to Abilene, tx. I call and your rep lies to me, saying, Dewayne's location does not have the box truck. I counted off the 5-6 trucks that I was standing near. She then says, oh well Dewayne's in closed today. Yes, I know, this is why we are doing mobile pickup. Then she says, he's on vacation. Dude, you guys have made mistakes or lies to my face multiple times now. How can you expect to maintain business when you treat paying clients this way? I had to drive 10 miles to another location to pickup a dirty truck with 0% oil life left. I will not be renting anything from you guys again. Lying about your screwups is unacceptable.

Crystal GarciaGet more trucks. Too much of the time specific trucks are not available at all on short notice. Your online app needs to be improved also, to be more user-friendly in the process of reserving a truck online. Wasted an hour trying, took 3 minutes in person.

CRYSTAL SERRANOI did not receive a confirmation of my order until after we picked up the truck. Thankfully, it was in the system and everything went smoothly, but it was weird not knowing if the order was received or not until we got there.
Brad StanfordShort in the taillight/marker light circuit. Burned several fuses in truck before I took pocket knife and cut the wire. Drove 280 miles with only turn signals and stop lights. Reported to receiving dealer.
