They didn’t know how to hook up the tow dolly so I did it myself. The computer was down and had been according to the employee so I had no paperwork so I was happy that no brush with Law Enforcement as I couldn’t have proved my renting it!

Drop off attendant spoke broken English and spoke in one word sentences. Did not seem to want to be helpful. I called to confirm the drop and his only response was "yes." When I got there, his only statement was "mileage."
John BaileyReserved car trailer, arrived and gentleman indicated we could not do the transaction because system was down. I pushed back until he called his manager to do transaction through hard copy. Trailer’s rear tire was almost flat, jack was bent and couldn’t extend far enough to hook up to truck hitch. Upon returning, gentleman said it’s good nothing you need to do, when I was told upon return person will have toscan my paperwork to ensure trailer was returned. I had to insist this be done. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Will NEVER deal with this U-haul again.
Robert KurtzI turned in the truck on Sunday night and they said they would do the paperwork Monday morning. It took several phone calls over several to the place and UHaul to get it "turned in " and get a receipt.
Debra MorlierYour customer service is atrocious. You want people to use the online pickup feature but when there is problems, you don't answer people for over 20 minutes. Nobody responded in your chat function. If you're going to use technology, you should have people answering when there are problems.
