The self check in process is horrible. I will never ever do it again. I had to get phone support multiple times.

Off hours drop, nowhere near the building to park the truck. Random stranger pulled off the road screaming at me that I couldn’t drop off if they weren’t open. Would have rather dropped at another location during hours but scheduling would t permit this.
John BEvery U-Haul Representative went the extra mile to make my experience as smooth as possible. I can earnestly say that U-Haul hires and trains their employees to give excellent service. I wish more companies would follow U-Haul’s example of top-notch customer service.

Hidden charges that you don’t realize you’ll have to purchase to rent. Nothing happened so you should get the insurance protection refunded

Charles KMy issue was having my own issues with my cell phone. App wasn't working and my photo app was too full to use. I hate having to take a photo of personal documents like drivers licenses--I don't want that information to be pirated. This is the very first time I've had to use this virtual process with U-Haul and I prefer not to do it again. Otherwise, the gentlemen helping me at the Parco Propane location of Remarkable Resources was terrific.
Deborah RWoman at the counter was incredibly rude and not at all helpful. There was an error on UHaul’s end regarding my contract and instead of trying to help all she said was “I can’t do anything about it”. I spent over an hour on the phone with a representative getting things straightened out before I could pick up my truck.
Richard SI attempted to make my reservation weeks in advance at the Bridgeport, WV location only to get a call the day before that I needed to drive a half an hour away to a Fairmont, WV location to get my truck. There were 2 trucks on the whole lot. Most of the tires were/are in need of replacement. One of the rear tires blew out causing me a 5 hour travel delay and putting my family at risk due to the SLOW response of the roadside assistance. Every pothole was worrisome and stressful, which is not great when you are traveling over 600 miles. Since the operating hours were limited, I had to try the 24/7 truck share feature that wouldn't work due to GPS issues on the website. I ended up calling uhaul to get the code for the key lockbox.

John CI already made a reservation online, it took way longer than it should have to pick up a truck when I already filled the info out online , not to mention the gentleman working were using a cell phone to work from No computers or anything, I lost a lot of time in my day just picking up the truck The process was too slow and I had to go back for a dolly This took just as long The employees were friendly though

Jeffrey GCorrection: The mileage OUT & mileage IN are 10,000 miles TOO HIGH --- The mileage out SHOULD BE 23,510 (NOT 33, 510) and the mileage in SHOULD BE 24,481 (NOT 34,481).
Gregory JWill not drop next truck there. I’m going to call or go on the internet site and change locations for drop off of 12-12. Terrible horrible man. I have only used uhaul for my truck needs and I am moving to this town but will never go there again. I will drive to Morgantown for my truck rentals while living there for now on.
