I really do not feel that I received value for the money I paid go use a truck for a few hours. The truck was not parked as shown on the map, it was unlocked when we found it and parked on grass in very rainy conditions. The app did not allow us to complete our check in successfully, so we had to wait on hold for 20 minutes to speak to someone to help us and then the check in process in the rain took a while. We were soaked and running behind at that point. I had no time to discuss why my drop off location was changed and I could no longer drop off in the town of my destination, so I was charged for some additional mileage. It should not he a financial burden to use a truck for a few hours, especially when the destinations are only a town apart.

Gene PlymaleI had to back up the trailer by myself between another trailer and a truck with zero assistance from the store. I called them to inform them I was there and they asked if I could put it between the two I just described. Thankfully I can back up a trailer, another customer may not be so lucky. I may consider opening up a uhaul pickup and drop off location since all I need to do is provide space and look it over once the customer drops something off.

TIM WRIGHTThe building looks very shabby and rundown. No signs on the road for either the business name or Uhaul. The inside was nicer and the staff member was very pleasant and professional. Easy return, but they need signage.

Tanya MyersI would not recommend Uhaul to anyone. The location, we picked up from was so helpful and understanding. However Uhaul really dropped the ball, was very unorganized, rude and overall hard to work with.

Daniel SchultzThe van I picked up had an engine issue it was sputter while idling which caused me to use twice amount of gas in the van itself also had windshield wipers that you cannot see out of the van had a hesitation issue when hitting the gas the van was severely out of alignment but I had to take this van because I had no other choice because I was a one-way client

Melodie StroudTire nets were frayed and ratchets difficult to use (needed lubrication). One subframe chain broke and came loose prior to hauling vehicle and had to be repaired.

Brian KennerThe gentleman at Rhonda’s was extremely helpful. The issue I have is this location was nowhere near my moving location so I was charged extra mileage due to this. I also couldn’t return the truck to a closer location which was mind boggling. I also didn’t get notice of the gas until after the truck was returned. All of this information should be made available prior to the commitment of the truck rental. It was not a very informative, smooth process sadly.

Anthony CarpenterWe tried to check in on the phone. It said we were at the wrong location, though we weren't. We tried multiple times with no luck. Luckily, the furniture store was open.
Warren CaskeyCommunication. And location move equipment, products is where I would improve. My rental location was 3 blocks from my house for pickup. And I reserved and filled everything out a week in advance. But because of scheduling conflicts, by rental location was changed. Instead of 3 blocks for travel, I had to go West to pickup 8.8 miles to another location. My move was in the East direction not a West direction. My new location was 5.7 miles East of my location. So there was an extra 17.6 miles of travel West and back. The location probably should have moved East if I needed to pickup another truck. Since my move was East. The reasons and the move was not directly communicated to me. I got a text message on my phone, and this was later the day before, I only noticed the address changed so I had to reach out to both locations to figure out what was going on. When I got to the location the service was nice, the person that got me moving was very nice and helpful. But I intended to buy some furniture pads, and boxes which I filled out the first time, because I would need them. The location I was moved to, has no furniture pads or boxes to go along with my move. I had to stop and go to other stores instead to get furniture pads and boxes as an extra trip. I think locations should have some storage of items for customers. Not that they are a u-haul store carrying all your needs. But some extent of supplies to help customers where they can. But the move itself was fine. The truck was clean and fine. Just the extra steps and extra miles West when moving east. Wasn't as helpful.

beth mceldowneyThe experience with the owner was fine. However I am not satisfied with the way U-Haul does the logistics and moves the pickup location around. Very difficult when you hire movers to move them around.

ROGER SHANNONI have no problems with the location or service from that company. I am very upset that U-haul moved my pick up site twice, in the opposite direction and expect me to pay for the extra mileage and gas.I pre registered online and asked for a handtruck. When i went to pick up the uhaul, i was delayed an hour, i had to register again, and never received a hand truck. Very disappointed with u-haul. They can take a reservation but cannot keep one!!!

RANDALL WESTFALLLocation was goid. However the Uhaul computer system was down all day at corporate and I was no longer in system when I arrived to drop off trailer a day early on Saturday. The attendant was very helpful, and took down my info in hopes of system coming up. 2 days later I received notice that I didnt turn in trailer and was being billed a late fee for each day I keep it out!!! I drove back into the Uhaul facility and they again had to go into the system to show I returned it a day early. Poor experience with Uhaul system, not the actual people working there.
