Dana SmithImprove customer service! The person working when I picked up the auto transport trailer claimed that they did not have any wrenches to swap the hitch ball yet the service bay door was wide open and of course all kinds of tools were right there since they must work on the different uhaul equipment. He outright lied and I had to go to an auto service center and pay to swap hitch balls from 2-3/16" to 2". Even worse when I called to make the reservation I asked if the trailer would work on a 2-3/16" ball and I was told yes so I did not bring a different hitch with a 2" ball when I could have had I been told that was needed. So, since the uhaul location was some 40 miles away from my home, I had to purchase a 2" ball from a local store plus pay to have the hitch balls swapped resulting in an additional $40 out of pocket expense.
Raymond HawksleyTrailer has no stand so I was asked to use a tree stump. Right rear wheel is bent on the axle.

Kevin ThomasMy original drop off location was about a mile from my home in Star Valley AZ. A couple days before my arrival I received a text from U Haul to drop the trailer at a location across town. I drove to that location only to learn it was a vacant lot and building. I then drove back across town to my original drop off location and while there I was informed that they could not take the trailer and I would have to take it to another location which was back across town. The amount of inconvenience and aggravation to drop off this trailer was ridiculous!

Emily KraemerI couldn't get a refund on unused supplies as promised. He just said it was beyond his authority and we would have to contact U-haul. End of story and we had to leave supplies with no refund. Later claim virtually denied. Would not use U-haul again nor would I recommend to anyone!
Anthony MoneyHad to drive half way back to drop trailer. Two uhaul dealers would not accept trailer returns. Unacceptable also adding to my cost. None of this was agreed upon at booking time.
Paul KornickEverything was good with the exception of my having to drive 70 miles one way to pick up a trailer. in all of the Phoenix metro and surrounding areas in the valley there was no trailer available to rent. I had seen two trailers 4 miles away in Mesa but was told those were not available. This caused me to drive 140 miles and waste 2 hours of my time. The guy that hooked the trailer up was a bit cranky at first stating "it's Monday and the 1st of the month". He struggled to hook the trailer up, then when I dropped it off the very courteous and nice man had trouble unhooking it because it was hooked up incorrectly. The UHaul trailers service to transport motorcycles is wonderful. This experience was not. Do I need to reserve one months in advance?
