earl bService was great. Only complaint is that they do a visual check on the gas level and than charge you extra. I took a picture of the gas level before I left, filled it up to the same level, and then got charged 3 extra gallons because the person checking it in saw it lower. That is wrong. Just give a full tank to start and then there would be no discrepancy.
ann pThe gentleman that’s helped me each time there is great and a super friendly guy. Walked me through how to hookup and use the trailer since it was my first time using and pulling one. Great service, couldn’t recommend enough.

TAD FAs always plan ahead; i show up in person to make the arrangements. Trailer was brought from Akron to facilitate my picking it up. Nice. Josh is manager: does excellent job!
John RThe Rittman location was excellant. However; the UHAUL software was ZERO. Even after two attempts by the dealer to email a receipt to me, I have not received it. Obviously; you have my correct email address since I did recieve your worthless survey request. DO NOT ELIMINATE THE ABILITY TO GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS A PAPER RECEIPT. !!!

John LOne suggestion for the truck, there is a sticker on the speedometer that says "speed kills" , and it is placed in such a way that over 50 mph it is very hard to read the speedometer and know how fast I am actually going. I don't know if other trucks have this but there should never be anything obstructing the drivers view of the speedometer. The pick up location I was assigned was 20 miles from my home and requested location
Howard KThe gentleman that was there could not print my receipt, which i asked for and i didn't sign anything. I had to let him email me and then i couldn't read my email to see what i was agreeing to. It took quite a bit of time to get everything done, because he wasn't very prepared, so we could get started on our long day. I asked questions and he wasn't able to provide me with all the answers. The truck was there and it was ready: but we had to get gas to even get started. The truck rode rough (expected for the size) but it also did not shift gears smoothly. Overall the day was long but it all worked out pretty well.
