The entire process was done over phone calls. I had to attempt to load my information three times. Each time the issue involved the scan of the back of my license. No clear instructions on how to handle the return. No one around to point out the damage to the vehicle. I was told to take pictures. Unimpressed.

The office was closed. Delayed me almost an hour. Absolutely incompetent. The only way I was able to get the trailer was over the phone with a U-Haul associate.
