Terry BWe were quoted $0.69 on the gas mileage from two U-Hauls one in Richland springs and one in Brady Texas and when we got the bill it was $1.9 per mile we are senior citizens on a budget and we feel this was not fair but besides that Richland Springs person was awesome and the one in Brady too, one other thing they said my husband's name was compromised and he owed a $2,000 bill with U-Haul which he never rented during the time that they said so when I was frazzled and I made another attempt to rent using my name and apparently they raised the rate on the mileage which I didn't catch because they told us we had to return the U-Haul after we had already had it halfway 3/4 of the way full and it was just a big mess but Brett at Richland springs the extra mile and put it in my name and we didn't have to unload the u-haul after all but they tried to charge us $1.09 instead of the 69 cents per mile. Hopefully this will get taken care of and they will honor the 69 cents that they told us to begin with.
Delores SConsidering that cell service is limited in this area. Uploading photos took longer than expected as I was accomplishing self check in since no one was available. Due to this it took longer to complete. I actually called customer service to ensure all paperwork/photos were complete
