Karyn WilburRetrain customer service reps. They were not knowledgeable of the equipment. They did not work very hard to resolve an issue. Thankfully, the guys at that location were very good at what they do. Because of them it is the only reason I will ever go back to U-Haul.
James CionciThe truck had brake issues the entire trip from AZ to CO. I am very disappointed that UHaul leased the truck in that condition. I called UHaul main number to report the issue with the truck and was told I would receive a call back from a manager and still not have heard. I will not be renting UHaul again.
terry jonesThe first truck we picked up had a hole in the gas tank and it was leaking gas. We exchanged it for another truck and it was fine. They should consider fencing the lot to prevent damage or theft to the trucks. I was promised a credit for the money spent to put gas in the first truck but my final bill was not adjusted.

Harry WeismanWhen I turned the truck in, the gas gage was exactly where it had been when I had left with the truck from Baldwin Park California. The worker, where I left the truck did not come out and look at the truck when I turned in the key. I was charged for not having left the gage showing the same gas level. I am not pleased.

Randy HartSAFETY.. The right rearview/Sideview mirror is broken it swings all the way outward. Had to make 2 stops on the freeway to adjust it before I realized it does not stay on place. Please please fix before giving it to another customer who may get into an accident. Thann you
Betha OluloI reserved at a location near my home. 2 days before needing the truck uhaul called me and switched the pickup/drop-off to a different location then charged me for the extra mileage from the change they caused. I've always used uhaul and have always paid under $100 except this time. Also I returned the truck with a half a tank like I picked it up in and now they are saying they had to add gas? If you look at my previous records I have never had either of these issues
Stephenie LemmerI feel that I delivered the trailer wear you needed it, and not the closest return to my house. I live within 6 miles of 5 uhaul drop off locations. Uhaul had me drop off in Gilbert az 21 miles from my house! If I’m going to deliver trailers for you pay me for it! They said they would have me drop it at closest location, not true.
KEVIN MORINSSC is open 24/7 for self drop off. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend SSC for truck and trailer rental and drop off.

Richard GuileOff hour drop off I got a bit confused for a minute because the key drop off said the auto repair name and didn't have U-Haul on the Box. Sign on the building did have U-Haul sign on the upper corner of the building but it would be nice just to have U-Haul on the Key Drop off box

Carmen Michelle DuenasI was assigned to other location to drop off the truck but they denied to return the truck as they are full with trucks. I got this location after multiple transfers to different location and I just did a drop off key as they are closed on sundays.
Janarthanan Thimiri ilangoScheduled for mobile self pickup at 07:00. App would not work and said I had to do an in person checkout. The location did not open until 08:00. The U-Haul person did not show up for work. Another employee was kind enough to check me out. The truck was left with less than 1/4 tank of fuel, so had to immediately find a gas station to refill before moving. This whole ordeal made me late to meet movers, adding to labor cost. Overall the experience was poor.
