Doors were locked

Jacqueline B.Received a text from U-Haul for this drop off location. when I arrived to drop off transport, the facility was closed on Sundays. I was unable to access the secure storage area without an access Pin. I contacted U-Haul via phone and 1st contact was unable to assist and transferred me to another management group. That individual took some info and after a few moments I was transferred again without my knowledge to another department. Again after a lengthy explanation to a third person and their discussion with co-worker it was decided i should just leave transport in the unsecured parking in front of building.

I took a picture while in the parking lot and the gas was more than what was actually in there and I used less miles than I initially paid for, not only did I not get a refund but I was charged more for 3 gallons of gas that was not in the truck when I rented it. I will neverrrr rent at this location ever again...seems to me like somebody is stashing money..
