Place was closed in the middle of the morning 10:00 to be exact.
Vincente PerezI was robbed over charged and despite the 143.00 added to my bill for collision damage insurance that was supposed to cover any "dents" damage I was charged over 3000 for damage as described a small dent, to replace a tail gait or a small dent on fender to replace fender. I was charged per day rather than the 28 days which would have been the cheapest rate and according to U-Haul they guaranteed the cheapest rate...and because they showed up and I had to remove my items I now owe storage for someones property being cluttered with my property i now have no way to move its stuck and a tow bill i didn't ask for. Plus it was drove away. Horrible experience nightmarish

It looked like it had been previously tapped inside to try to fix an old issue, but everything on the upper storage area was wet when we made it to our destination.

Dean KimererWas a bit disappointed that I put I need a furniture dolly and they didn't have one. I was offered a hand truck. But that didn't work for what I needed. I had to go buy my own for my move. But the person who took care of me was awesome and friendly. Even with me stresses about the dolly.

Daniel StubliThe district manger was very rude to me after I asked him to waive some of the fee due to the inconvenience. I found marijuana in the truck. He was very unprofessional and talking over me. I would never use U-Haul again. I’ve never had this problem with Penske in Adrian.
Taneka LaneThe office was great. Went above and beyond. The truck was horrible though. Cargo door took 2 of us to close and latch. Opening it was just as difficult. Vehicle wouldn't go into park all the way.

Paul SturtevantWhen you make a reservation for a specific pick up location it should not be changed. This has happened twice and without a call on my part to change back would have been two hours of extra drive time for a trailer
Jeff KauffmanMake sure if they are picking up thier truck not during business hours that thier key is in the lock box.. I got there 30 mins before my reservation and had t9 wait 2 hours to get my truck.

Brad HartungWhen I dropped off the trailer I asked the staff about checking in, which they told me was not necessary. They didn't take my name or the trailer info. A day later they called and asked where the trailer was, because they didn't do a check in, even though it had been on their lot for 24 hours. Could use a slightly better process.

ABEL FLORESWe requested a call back about the $50 "Equipment Availability" guarantee because they attempted to give a truck that was not street legal, had a bumper hanging on by a thread, and a flat tire. Of course we didn't receive a call back. Attempted to return the truck after hours and the app was conveniently "broken", which is required if you don't want an additional $20 fee for using the drop box. First call we explained the situation and was forwarded to a voicemail, called back and was condescendingly spoken to. Then was told we could place the keys in the drop box or connect to their 24 hour service with ZERO mention of the previously mentioned hidden fee that we would be responsible for until I asked about it. Absolute scam. Oh, and consider for a moment that you have to refill the tank back to the proper level or pay $5 a gallon, right? But how many times have you gotten a truck under a full tank? Where'd that money go that you know the person before you paid? Just food for thought. Maybe U-Haul will call us now to discuss this absolute crap show of an experience.

Tammy WilcoxMy uhaul was scheduled for pick-up @ 10 am.. staff did not arrive until 10:17 to open the store. I did not leave the property with the trailer until 11 am a hour late. I also did not receive the trailer I reserved I got a 6 x 12 I reserved a 5x 8. They had no paper to print the contract and had to find a sheet of paper for me to sign for the u haul. I had people waiting to help me.. that I had to pay for their time. Very unimpressed..
