Location had one very small uhaul sign that was hard to see. This was a gas station ao hard to tell it was connected to uhaul. Attendant was mildly helpful but didn't seem very interested in dealing with a uhaul customer. Location was clean and well maintained.

Very helpful staff. Went above n beyond to get us the right vehicle n equipment to make our move as smooth as possible and stress free.

The truck broke just east of El Paso. They provided food and a room. They also had people move our stuff. They a horrible job. Things got broken.

The information I was given from U-Haul and via text was incorrect for the return. The location I was given didn’t accept returns. I called another local U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer and returned the vehicle through the website check out. It was a little frustrating since I was not familiar with the area. I will follow up tomorrow and make sure the checkout and return was complete

We did not receive a contract, a walk around inspection or assistance moving the truck out of a tight parking lot. Additionally, our reserved appliance dolly was not at the location and the nearest one we could pick up was a half hour away! Horrible service. I called to complain and had to leave a message for the site manager who never even bothered to call me back. I ended up making a trip across town in the city we moved to in order to rent a dolly. The site we rented the truck from in Salinas also put down our rental time as 9:30 and our drop off time for Porterville as 9:00. Not 24 hours. Luckily Uhaul Porterville noticed this so it didn't cost us an additional $350 for Salinas Uhaul's error.

Complete opposite from the pick up location. Came outside and assisted with everything.
