This facility said the refund was due but was sure the system would take care of it automatically.

jan sThe employee at this location was great!! I did have an issue, but it wasn't with her or this location. It was that I reserved a truck in a different city 35 miles CLOSER to where I needed to pickup and move my belongings, and then received a phone call from a UHaul representative the DAY BEFORE my move, telling me I had to spend an extra hour driving 70 extra miles to pickup the truck, and extra gas money both for my car (driving the extra 35 miles to go get the truck) and the truck (driving the extra 35 miles to go back to my belongings to load and move) without any advance notice or compensation for this. I was given extra "free miles" on the truck, but I didn't need free miles. I needed time, which was taken from me, and extra gas money, which wasn't offered to me.

We have rented vehicles and trailers three or four times and every experience we’ve had has been great. This last time, it was great getting an almost brand new 26 foot vehicle. I’ve never had a U-Haul truck that has cruise control and USB charging ports. I can’t tell you how amazing it was to have cruise control to drive across two states. Thank you! Thanks Shannon.

She hooked my trailer all up for me and I didn’t even have to get my hands dirty! Oh, and the trailer pulled great on the highway and through city stop and go traffic. I truly could not feel the trailer behind my truck! Impressive braking system!

WILLIAM MIf using the U Haul app to do check-in and check-out, don't. Be sure to use the website instead, otherwise you will not be able to upload the required pictures.
Todd SThe mom’s attic in the truck leaked when it rained and all our valuables got wet. Very disappointing and disheartening when our possiesions get ruined from a truck that shouldn’t have leaked. When the roads were even slightly bumpy, the ride in the cab would be almost unbearable. You were jostled so much in the cab, at times it would be dangerous to drive. About this location itself, I absolutely loved this location and Shannon was extremely helpful and amazing service. I have nothing bad to say about this location and the service.

tim mWell I did reserve a trailer in Atlantic mine MI two to three weeks prior to the day i needed it , they called 4 days before i needed it and said do to influx the were out of the size i reserved ,what is the sense of reserving . I contacted S&J service in Kinross and they were able to help me out with what i needed , very good and professional
