I misunderstood about the need to look immediately at the text sent to me, and missed the window to complete the form to evaluate the condition of the truck. I didn’t see the text until after we’d gotten home and the link had expired. You could make that bit more clear. Otherwise great service here and very quick pickup.

Kathy BI requested a dolly which wasn’t in the truck,never got a call back and had to cancel my move because we needed the dolly. They had my phone number and email so no excuse for not getting ahold of me before I needed the truck so I could make other arrangements. Very poor customer service, I reached out to U-haul directly as well and they were not helpful at all either.They said I’d get a refund for the dolly but nothing for the inconvenience or compensation for having to cancel my move and send the 6 people home I paid to help me move.

Otniel CI want to say that your computers or someone isn't putting the right info and your staff has told me different information on the phone. I am still very up set over this.. If someone wants to rent from you, I will tell them to rent some place else. I seem to have some problem every time i rent from you. Thank you very much.
Richard TThe pickup was difficult. The drop off was just as difficult. We needed references which was a surprise. The gas was empty when we got the U-Haul - with no real way of reimbursing us for the gas we left in it. Parking was difficult.

John PWhat a ripoff. I had to drive there and back because the dispatch center said there wasn’t another 20 ft in Pittsfield. That was incorrect. It cost me 200.00 dollars more. Beware folks. The guy that runs this location was very helpful. It’s the u haul process that sucks.

Debbie GThe advertising on the website made the site appear as if the storage unit was a roll up at ground level. It is not. It is a barn and the foundation is a foot off the ground. I needed to roll something in and didn't find this out until I arrived. That is false advertising. The big selling g point for me was that the property manager lived on site and was very friendly so it gave me the confidence my items would not be stolen.
DEVIN H | Overall ExperienceOur reservation was at 9am and the doors were locked. We called a realtor who shares the same office to track down the UHaul employee named Jess. She showed up at 9:30. The movers I had scheduled for 9:30 had to wait half and hour for me to show up. Her tardiness cost me money. We returned the van at 3:30. I received a phone call from a woman named Kelly at 5:30 asking where the van is. I have no idea how Jess did not remember to log in that we returned the keys in person. Again her incompetence cost me money. I know in the current state of affairs that it is quite hard to find employees but I would highly recommend this woman be fired.
