As far as pick up and drop off it appeared to go smoothly. To date, I have had no issues received from my credit card company relating to any issues with fees, but that review remains out until the card closes this transaction. thanks!

The parking lot was tiny and full of semi trucks which made it extremely difficult to pull a 26 ft box truck in.

It was a site a half hour away from where I rented. It was only a drop site, no one there to assist. I cant imagine most people would be able to lift the trailer onto a hitch by themselves.

Tongue on 6x12 trailer is extra heavy. U-Haul really needs to put a jack on these.

I was forced to go over an hour one way to pick up a truck and then another location for a dolly due to low inventory. Customer service reps basically just said oh well. We were not informed of the location changes until the night before our move. The dolly issue was not told to me until the morning of the move.

S&S is where I got the trailer and this why the bad scores. The trailer was in a mud hole. No one came out to help me hook it up or to check if I did it right. The place where I picked up the Truck was very good.

My uhaul had to be sent back. I didn't even get to use it. It needed services. I was supposed to have my info transferred and get another truck from a different location but it never happened. So I was charged almost $80 for a headache

Truck had a flat. Took an hour to get ahold of someone to get into another truck. No trucks had keys locked. This was at the pickup location in Malvern, OH.

Nothing to recommend. The service was excellent and the location contacted me the morning of the reservation. They also helped me get the right sized ball for my hitch.

The proprietor of this location was not physically available during my pick-up, but the communication was so good that it didn't even matter. Top notch experience. However, this location was not where we requested pickup and was about 30 miles out of our way. I don't know how or why that happened, but it was extremely inconvenient. I assume that had nothing to do with the proprietor of this particular location.

I’m a woman and was by my self with no help to hook up the trailer. If it had a jack on it I could have done it by myself. I don’t like to ask anyone for help I’m 62 years old and I would like to have jacks put on the trailers because you can’t put it on our hitches by our self even a man it’s to hard to do by your self. Thank you

We had a couple communication hiccups but they were very receptive. We got everything figured out and things went better than I had planned. U-haul arranged a better deal and Scott from S & S storage was very quick to respond and extremely helpful. I was very pleased with the whole experience and price was great. Definately using them and recommending them again.

I did a Sunday drop-off at a storage site. The access road was a bit hard to find, and it had not been recently plowed. But I was still thankful for the dropoff location closer to my house

It was a great experience...Scott was very professional but also understandable that I had lots of (moments) during everything...Will be telling anyone that needs Uhaul to go to his place of business...

No personnel or office on site to return equipment to. Would not answer the phone or return calls even when voicemail was left. Took several days to get ahold of anyone and only responded after the regional rep made contact. Informed them that I wanted to use a different payment method if any additional charges were to be paid and he agreed to call me if there were additional charges so I could give him different card info but that didn't happen, he charged the one on file anyway. There was a big mess up at the pick up location to where they added extra days instead of the miles that needed to be added and he knew that yet didn't take that into consideration when charging for extra milage. It was an extremely frustrating experience and I will never use this location again.

not told my truck was moved to another location. no one there. no paperwork, no truck inspection for damage, 5 miles farther from my home. got a phone call saying keys were in the truck cup holder as I was pulling into the original requested outlet. The ordered furniture pads were not there. when I called, was told he didn't have any. went to original location for inspection and pads and they refused as it was not their truck order.

The location of where we got the uhaul was amazing and Scott was very helpful! Unfortunately the new policies for uhaul is where we aren't happy getting charged twice for equipment because we went over our hrs is a little ridiculous! The old system was so much better and there was unlimited miles instead of paying per mile a little tedious to me.

Scott was very helpful and great at his job. The only thing I can say I had an issue with was beyond his control, the fact that cash is not accepted. I understand it's policy but cash used to be king and it is preferred by some who don't want to carry debt or possibly pay interest. Other than that, it was super simple and didn't feel like a disconnected corporation with employees who don't want to be there, it felt like a local business with an employee who was just looking to help his neighbor and community.
